While the rest of the world still has a week and a half to wait for the "Game of Thrones" season three premiere, the show's cast got to celebrate early on Monday night. The premiere party at the TCL Chinese Theater in Los Angeles hosted the biggest "Game of Thrones" stars all decked out from head to toe in lavish, stunning ensembles.

Among the hundreds of screaming fans who lined up along Hollywood Boulevard to catch a glimpse of their favorite stars were fellow television hot shots showing their support. Kevin McHale from "Glee" sported a "Game of Thrones" T-shirt. Director Jay Roach also made an appearance, saying, "It's the 'Lord of the Rings' for cable TV. The epic range of light and darkness is on that level," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Some actors were caught off-guard by the outstanding support. "It's like a brush fire," said Michelle Fairley, or Lady Stark as she's known on the show. "You don't expect a show to have that kind of worldwide following."

The premiere party even attracted two top political figures from Northern Ireland, where parts of the show were shot. First Minister Peter Robinson said the show has given the town of Ulster "a base for creative industries. HBO has provided the foundation."

Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness then added that the show's been "an incredible vote of confidence in the Northern Ireland peace process." Although it's a nice sentiment, it's hard to see how a gore and blood driven television series could aid a peace process. But, along with the other supportive fans, they came to see their favorite actors and actresses grace the red carpet and celebrate what's bound to be an extraordinary season.

Emilia Clarke, 25, who will star as the lead in the Broadway rendition of "Breakfast at Tiffany's," sported a full-length, brilliant blue Victoria Beckham dress. Although all eyes were drawn to Clarke, she wasn't the only one who dazzled the red carpet.

Lena Headey, 39, also turned heads with her all white one-piece jumpsuit. She looked confident and stylish with flared-leg bottoms and perfectly draped white sash that brought it in around the waist. The jumpsuit is always a risk, but Headey pulled it off with ease.

For fans who couldn't make the premiere, so basically everyone, season three of "Game of Thrones" premieres Sunday, March 31 on HBO.
