The latest dance craze from Harlem has hit South Beach.

With the Miami Heat running up a 12-game winning streak, making them the hottest--no pun intended--team in the NBA, LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and the rest of the Heat decided to cut loose and join the rest of the nation in doing the widely popular "Harlem Shake" dance in a new video they uploaded Thursday.

The video has since exploded in popularity, generating 2,326,512 hits, with 35,559 likes. (Oh, and 937 disliked it, too.)

James, living up to his moniker of "King James," donned a king's crown, scepter and cape, while Wade--or W.O.W., short for "Way of Wade"--wore a bear's head that hid his face from view. Fellow "Big Three" member Chris Bosh rocked sunglasses to go with his cowboy hat and bathrobe and Ray Allen donned a "Phantom of the Opera" mask.

Fans on the video particularly got a kick out of Heat point guard Mario Chalmers dressing up as Mario from the "Super Mario Bros." video game franchise.

YouTube user "fenderrocker825" posted, " hahahaha....I was watching this with my nephew. All he noticed was Mario.....then i realized it was Mario Chalmers. haha."

Another user, crewboy23, wrote, "Gotta love Mario being Mario haha."

On Twitter, James teased the video Thursday, tweeting "Got something for y'all at 7:15. Stay tuned."

Next, he posted the link to the video, calling it "A King James and @DwyaneWade aka W.O.W productions.https://gohe.at/HEATHarlemShake ."

Wade confirmed on his own Twitter account that the Heat "...have entered the craze."

"Good Times!" tweeted Bosh.

Right now, with a 41-14 record and sitting pretty atop the Eastern Conference with a 12-game winning streak going, one could hardly blame the defending NBA champions from wanting to bust a move.
