PAX East, the annual gathering of game developers and fans in Boston, is set to kick off on March 22. While we can expect a lot of interesting gaming news out of the expo, two studios in particular have stated that they'll be making some pretty big announcements.

In an invitation sent out to the press, Capcom has confirmed that they'll be bringing two unannounced titles to PAX, to be presented at their "World of Capcom" panel. In addition to these two mystery games, the company will also be discussing Remember Me, Lost Planet, Resident Evil Revelations and Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen.

The panel takes place at noon on the first day of the convention, and will be moderated by Francis Mao. A panel of currently unnamed Capcom producers and product managers will be on hand to discuss the company's upcoming releases.

In addition, Blizzard has announced that it, "has something new to share" during the convention. The invitation they sent out states they've, "been working on a little something" that is "different from [their] other games."

Even more intriguing, it also notes that the game is, "not a sequel, expansion or that rumored next-gen MMO, but it's something we're excited for you to get your hands on." Does this mean that Project Titan isn't actually an MMO? Or possibly, the invitation is talking about is Blizzard All-Stars, the DotA-esque game the company is developing. Both options, as well as just a new IP in general, are just as likely considering we know very little about Blizzard's future plans.

PAX East will take place in Boston from March 22nd to the 24th. Tickets are currently sold out, but we'll be sure to bring you the latest news out of the expo as it happens.
