PlayStation 3 Skyrim gamers will finally officially be in the club as of tomorrow. After what seems like an eternity, Bethesda will release the last major piece of DLC for the PlayStation 3 - Dawnguard will hit PSN on Tuesday, Feb. 26.

Dawnguard is the last of three major add-ons from Bethesda Skyrim on the PlayStation 3, and should be available for purchase when the PSN store updates itself on Tuesday. As a small token of compensation for the long wait, Bethesda will be offering Dawnguard for 50 percent off during its first week on the market, just as it did with Dragonborn and Hearthfire.

Europeans will get Dawnguard on Feb. 27.

You can read more details about Skryim DLC for the PlayStation 3 at Bethesda's official blog.

Dawnguard reveals more of the story behind the war concerning vampires. Players will have the choice to fight the vampires, who are planning on blotting out the sun, with Dawnguard, or join them - becoming one in the process.

There was almost a chance Dawnguard wouldn't even make it to the PlayStation 3 as Bethesda was having problems bringing the game over.

"We have tried a number of things, but none of them solve the issue enough to make Dawnguard good for everyone," a Bethesda representative explained. "This is not a problem we're positive we can solve, but we are working together with Sony to bring you this content."

Luckily, it looks like everything is set and ready to go. The PSN Store can take some time to update, so the actual DLC itself might not be available for purchase until the evening. Keep your eyes peeled.
