Super Bowl XLVII begins at 6:30 pm EST on CBS, and you can see the live stream right here.

Latinos Post will be covering the game live on this page, updating periodically during the game and halftime show.

**********

The lateral goes out of bounds, and the Baltimore Ravens are Super Bowl XLVII Champions! They defeat the San Francisco 49ers 34-31 in New Orleans.

**********

Four seconds left. San Fran needs this punt to be returned for a touchdown.

**********

It's an intentional safety for the Ravens, so Baltimore will punt off to San Fran leading by three points.

**********

The Niners have 11 seconds to try to score a touchdown. This is a huge punt for Baltimore...

**********

The 49ers have a very slight chance to win because of the last timeout. They need to prevent a first down and either block the punt or get a great return.

**********

Another imcomplete pass seals it for the Ravens! The 49ers have only one timeout, so only a fumble on a victory formation snap would give San Fran a chance.

**********

Incomplete! This play will almost definitely determine who wins the Super Bowl...

**********

Whistle! San Fran calls a timeout.

**********

The Niners trailed by 22 points earlier this half. If the take the lead, it would be the second time in the last two games they have overcome opponents' leads of 17 or more points. It would also be more than double the previous deficit overcome in Super Bowl history (10 points).

**********

After a huge Frank Gore run, the Niners have a chance to take thier first lead of the Super Bowl!

**********

Colin Kaepernick picks up a first down running and almost bombs it to Davis deep! Incomplete though, and it's 2nd and 10.

**********

If the Niners score a touchdown to take the lead, they'll definitely be going for another two-point conversion. It would put them up by three points, but that's also 80 yards away now...

**********

4th & 2 coming up for Baltimore in field goal range...and it's a five-point game.

**********

The Niners commit another penalty, and give the Ravens a better chance to extend the drive!

**********

With a handful of minutes to go, the Ravens might be up by a handful (or more) after this drive. It's 3rd and long...and a flag! It looks like offsides on San Fran.

**********

Not to be outdone, Ray Rice picks up a first down on his own. The Ravens are almost in the red zone again...

**********

The 49ers won the challenge, but it doesn't matter! The Ravens complete a pass to move the chains. It's another big catch for Anquan Boldin.

**********

CK for the rushing TD! The Niners are going for two...no good. The Ravens still lead by two with just under 10 minutes to go in the fourth... and Colin Kaepernick made the longest QB run in Super Bowl history for that last touchdown.

**********

Into the red zone goes Gore! The Niners have the chance to tie the game. If they can pull it off, it would be the closest they've gotten to Baltimore since it was 7-3 in the first quarter.

**********

That was a pretty effective fake hand-off to James. Gore has been a workhorse for the Niners ever since he started his career out of the University of Miami. Do the Niners have more rushing tricks up their sleeve this drive? Maybe they won't need them! Big completion to Randy Moss.

**********

The Niners average starting spot for drives is right around their own 20, with only the great punt return earlier this half putting them in great position.

**********

Will that (somewhat) stop by the Niners fuel another scoring drive? San Francisco had a big comeback in the NFC Championship in similar circumstances... The Atlanta Falcons led 17-0 in the first half, but the 49ers came back to win 28-24.

**********

What a great stop by San Francisco! It's fourth and goal for Baltimore. If the Ravens make the field goal, it will be an 8-point game again.

**********

Will Joe Flacco have an answer for the recent Niners' comeback? The only second half score for the Ravens was the opening kickoff of the half that Jacoby Jones returned for six.

**********

The Ravens have a chance to make it a double-digit lead again on this possession.

**********

What a huge hit on the kick return by Walker! 1st and 10 for Baltimore... and another stop for the Niners defense.

**********

David Akers redeems himself for the previous miss that was ruled out because of the penalty. The Niners have scored 17 points in less than five minutes here in the third.

**********

Rice gets stuffed on the first play of the Baltimore drive. FUMBLE!

**********

All of a sudden, it's a game! The Niners are back within eight after a touchdown drive, a stop, a great punt return, and a short drive to the end zone. Did anyone outside of the people in the locker room at halftime see this coming?

**********

It's a two-possession game, so a stop or two for the San Fran defense could get them right back in the game. The clock is the Ravens' best ally right now, but they still need Flacco to continue the success he had in the air in the first half.

**********

The Niners March down the field with their first TD of the game!

**********

Randy Moss catches his first reception of the game to continue the San Fran drive.

**********

Joe Flacco and the Ravens haven't taken the foot off of the gas just yet, but their drive stsalled out. Will this be the beginning of a historic run for the Niners?

**********

The Ravens get the ball back... Noreturn for Jacoby Jones this time.

**********

This delay is longer than halftime was! The Broadcast booth lost power, which is why the team of Jim Nantz and Boomer Esiason didn't come back until just a moment ago.

**********

The lights are coming back on! A potentially important storyline from here on out: will either team be able to utilize the long break better than the other? Will it stop some of the Ravens' momentum with a San Fran comeback?

**********

Reports from CBS say the game will resume in about 15 minutes, as the lights slowly come back on.

**********

The only other Super Bowl Baltimore has played in also wasn't a close game. The 34-7 win over the Giants was tied for the sixth-largest difference in the game's history.

**********

If Baltimore can keep the same margin in its lead, it would be the largest difference between the teams since 2003, when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers trashed the Oakland Raiders 48-21. There was some controversy behind that game earlier this post-season, as some former Raiders players (including Tim Brown) claimed that Oakland coach Bill Callahan threw the game by changing the gameplan the week of the Super Bowl. Bucs head coach Jon Gruden moved from the Raiders to the Bucs the off-season before.

**********

There's still a power outage at the field. Time for more commercials. If this continues, there should be time to go cook some more appetizers!

**********

The last time a team won the Super Bowl by double digits was the New Orleans Saints in 2010, as they beat the Indianapolis Colts 33-17 in Miami.

**********

Since the last Ravens Super Bowl win, their opponent that year has won two Super Bowls. The New York Giants beat the New England Patriots both last year and in 2008. Ray Lewis was the Super Bowl MVP for that game, but because of the murder trial he had been involved with, Ravens QB Trent Dilfer got the customary trip to Disney World that the MVP normally receives.

**********

The last AFC team to win the Super Bowl was from Baltimore's division, the AFC North. The Pittsburgh Steelers topped the Arizona Cardinals in 2009.

**********

The NFC has a three-Super Bowl winning streak, but it will take a legendary comeback from the Niners for that to continue. Half of the power in the Super Dome is out right now after a power outage! The scoreboard is out.

**********

If we were more into bad puns, we'd talk about Colin Sackpernick. That's the second time he's been taken down tonight. That sets up a 3rd & 13...

**********

Colin Kaepernick just nonchalantly picked up a 29 yard pass to Crabtree. The Niners have a chance to avoid a blowout if they can pick up some points on this drive, maybe even getting them back into the game.

**********

The Niners will get the ball early in the second half after all, but it's not good news. Sixteen seconds in, the Ravens have lengthened their lead.

**********

Jacoby Jones returns the second half kick for a touchdown! 27-6 before the PAT. It's the longest kick return for a TD in football history. What a gutsy call in taking it out of the end zone in the first place.

**********

If the Ravens win, it will be the second Super Bowl Championship they've won. It would make Ray Lewis the player with the longest amount of years playing in between championships.

**********

The Ravens will receive to start the second half, already with a 15-point lead. Do you think Beyonce and Destiny's Child could offer the 49ers any advice through the lyrics they just sang?

**********

What have you thought of Beyonce's performance so far? She's had some pretty impressive moves. I don't think we'll be seeing too many miscues or lip synching....

**********

Tell us which commercial is your favorite from the first half on this page.

**********

To hear more about how New Orleans was preparing for the Super Bowl as a city, look at this other story of ours.

**********

Kaepernick goes down at the line of scrimmage, which means the 49ers will probably be kicking a field goal just before the end of the half. Ray Lewis technically gets a sack on the play, since CK didn't gain any yardage. It's a 27-yard attempt for David Akers, who has a field goal already tonight. He has six points, but so does his team. Through the first half of Super Bowl XLVII, it's the Ravens 21 and the Niners 6.

**********

Vernon Davis picks up a few yards to get the Niners inside the 10 yard line. The ensuing run will bring up a timeout. The Niners want to score, but don't want left much time on the clock for Baltimore to as well.

**********

Delanie Walker comes up with a huge catch to get San Fran into the red zone! Time for one last commercial break before the end of the half (or so we think...).

**********

The first Ravens penalty gives the Niners another 15 yards on what will probaly be the last drive of the half.

**********

What a heads-up play by Jacoby Jones. If this were a college or high school game, he would have been downed by the ground, but he got up after Culliver hurdled to avoid tripping on him. The Niners don't have much more than a minute to score...

**********

On the bright side for Niners fans, San Francisco now has more time to score this half than it would have if the Ravens had chewed up more time and still managed to score a TD.

**********

The Ravens have two timeouts and just less than two minutes to add to their lead, but they have a long way to go. Will it be 14-3 at the half? Apparently not. Jacoby Jones catches a bomb and out-maneuvers the San Fran defense for a touchdown! 20-3 pending the extra point.

**********

Nosotros Somos Jovenes by Divertido (We Are Young by Fun) is playing in a commercial for Taco Bell!

**********

Jacoby Jones just got decked! He's lucky the ball didn't bounce off of his hands into the ones of San Francisco's secondary. 2nd and 10 just before the 2 minute warning. Flacco went for the sideline deep, but it was incomplete for Torrey Smith. The Ravens want a flag, but Chris Culliver played it cleanly for San Fran.

**********

Fun Fact XLVII: The largest deficit overcome for a Super Bowl-winning team is 10 points. The Ravens are trying to extend their lead beyond 11 points as we speak...

**********

The Ravens will have the ball one last time before the half, and also be receiving it to start the second half. Either John Harbaugh had some great insight into how his team would fare in the first half, or he got lucky. Either way though, Ravens fans will take it!

**********

Kaepernick was almost picked again. It would have been the second pass intended for Randy Moss that was intercepted if it was caught.

**********

What a thrill it must be for nine-year old Samantha Gordon to be sitting with the NFL Commissioner! The Niners could use some of her tackle-breaking ability on this drive, which might be the last one of the half if they pick up a first down or two.

**********

Have you enjoyed the commercials so far tonight? How do they compare to the best Super Bowl commercials of all time?

**********

The Niners d-line just cut off the sideline well to limit the Baltimore rushing gain. Second and long, but the Ravens are in the red zone. Almost picked! The Ravnes have scored touchdowns on each of their last 10 trips to the red zone. It looks like that streak will end there though. 4th and 9, with Justin Tucker trying to make it a two-touchdown lead. It's a fake! He's stopepd short of the first, so the Niners get the ball back. Gutsy call by John Harbaugh, but it was a couple yards short of being brilliant. Will that be the play that sparks the Niners' offense? They'll have to start at their own six yard line.

**********

With fewer than five minutes to go in the half, the Ravens are in the drvier's seat with the game. A score on this possession would be huge. Another short completion to Ray Rice will make it that much easier. First down.

**********

Broadcaster Al Michaels just pointed out that the Niners have thrown one interception in their Super Bowl history. Joe Montana and Steve Young combined for 17 TD's and five Super Bowl wins. Will Kaepernick also be the first Niners QB to lose the Super Bowl?

**********

The 49ers are back on offense, but not for long! Ed Reed, just back into the game, comes up with the pick, although there's a flag on the play.

**********

It's another defensive penalty for the Niners. Will this one also lead to points for the Ravens? There was nowhere to go in that pigpile for Ray Rice, but he picked up a couple of yards anyway. The Ravens have a double-digit lead after that passing TD to Pitta, and will get the ball back to start the second half. In the meantime though, the Niners have 7-plus minutes to work with.

**********

The Ravens have had their way with the 49ers defense when rushing the ball on this drive, even if it's only been in short bursts. Wil Ray Rice or Vontae Leach end up with a running TD soon?

**********

Ravens ball, and we have the first turnover of the game just a few minutes into the second quarter. Baltimore has about 65 more yards to the end zone, but was kept off the scoreboard on the second drive. Neither team scored in its most recent possession, with the Ravens trying to buck that trend now...

**********

Puppies make everything better, including car commercials. Thanks cars.com!

**********

San Fran is just outside of the red zone on another first down. There's the pistol formation again, and James barely got back to the line of scrimmage. Was the ball fumbled before or after he was down? Looks like a dead ball. Maybe I should eat my words. Will John Harbaugh call for a review? We should know on the other side of this commercial break, with the laughs brought to you by Doritos for the second time tonight!

**********

Kaepernick connects with Davis for the second straight first down, and the Niners are in Ravens' territory. Will the Niners take the lead on this possession? Welcome to Super Bowl XLVII LaMichael James! His first rush of the game almost picked up a long first down.

**********

The Harbaugh family makes an appearance on the tv. Jim's and John's parents watched the AFC and NFC Championships at home, so they wouldn't miss one of their sons' games.

**********

Another Fast and Furious movie. Really? There have been so many already! Penny from the Big Bang (Kaley Cuocco) makes her second appearance on the tv during the Super Bowl. She said she was really looking forward to being in a commercial on the biggest night in television in an interview before. It sounds like she's forgetting she's in the most popular sitcom these days.

**********

Third and long. Flacco gets nailed, and that will be it for the Baltimore drive. Each team has one sack now, with a pair of San Fran linemen stalling the Ravens offense out. We're through one quarter already, with San Fran getting the ball back after more bite-sized (commercial) entertainment.

**********

The Niners almost sacked Flacco there, but he quickly dumped it off to Leach for a short loss. Flacco has moved around behind the line of scrimmage pretty quickly tonight. He's no Colin Kaepernick, but he may not need to be to win.

**********

The Ravens aren't far from midfield after that last Ray RIce run. Try saying that five times fast. The Niners cornerbacks and safties have been much better on this drive for Baltimore. The Ravens are still getting downfield though. Anquan Boldin with a create catch on the sidelines to get a big chunk of yardage!

**********

The first Beyonce Halftime Show Teaser just aired. It's amazing to think the first quarter is almost over already. Injury update: Reed got hurt on Vernon Davis' catch, in which Davis hurt his elbow.

**********

Have you ever seen a battle that silent over Oreo's or any other cookie? So much for being quiet in the library.

**********

If you enjoyed that Big Bang Theory teaser, you'll certainly like the show. Time to get back to business though. The first kick returned of the game gets just beyond the touchback-mark. With Ravens safety Ed Reed going back to the locker room, it could be trouble for the Baltimore secondary when Kaepernick & Co. are back on the field.

**********

More celebrity sightings in the commercials, including Amy Poehler. The theme song to CBS' Two Broke Girls made a cameo in a commercial too!

**********

Red Zone TIme for San Fran. Fans get nervous when the ball ends up on the ground like that, but it was after the whistle. Colin Kaepernick is sacked for the first time this game, and it gives the Niners a tough 4th down situation. Looks like they won't be tying it up on this drive. Great penetration by the Ravens' d-line there. The Niners cut the deficit to four. Time for more commercials. Hopefully there are some good ones!

**********

Who needs a throwing quarterback when you have legs like CK? First down Niners. Even on broken plays like that one, Kaepernick can do damage without letting go of the ball. Running has dominated this (much more successful) second Niners drive, with the read-option playing a big part so far. Vernon Davis just proved us wrong with a long reception!

**********

Colin Kaepernick has his second drive of the Super Bowl starting now. Hopefully for his team's sake it won't be another three-and-out. Ravens, meet Michael Crabtree, Kaepernick's favorite target. First down San Fran. Frank Gore busts up the middle for another nine yards on his own. How many yards he can get after contact will be a large factor in the success of the Niners' offense tonight.

**********

The M&M's commercial was pretty good, featuring a familiar face from Glee! It looks like we know who the goat of Super Bowl XLVII is. Thanks Doritos!

**********

The Ravens have struck first, as Anquan Boldin gets six points for the visitng team with a touchdown reception. That penalty on third down for the Niners gave Baltimore an extra shot, and Joe Flacco made them pay. Those types of plays often decide close games. Make that 7-zip, after the extra point. Time for commercials!

**********

Torrey Smith pulls out a big gain for the Ravens, putting Baltimore in the red zone. Smith is one of the better big play receivers in the NFL this year.

**********

Vontae Leach, who caught the first pass of the game for the Ravens, was a Pro Bowl selection at fullback for the AFC this year, but didn't go to Hawaii because of his Super Bowl coming up.

**********

The Ravens are on offense now, with Joe Flacco taking his first career Super Bowl snap...

**********

The Niners have gone three and out to start the game, meaning Baltimore may be able to strike first despite deferring until the second half.

**********

Five minutes to kickoff! if there's ever been an exciting coin flip in the history of the world, this one might be it. Will the team that gets the ball first score first?

**********

Kickoff is in just fifteen minutes, and the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers have already taken the field. Children from Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn. are singing America the Beautiful with a celebrity guest, Jennifer Hudson.

Did anyone bet on how long the national anthem would take in previous prop bets? Alicia Keys is singing pretty slowly...
