Kris Jenner, the "momager" of the Kardashian clan, will be getting her own talk show this summer.

"This I something I have wanted to do all my life so it's definitely a dream come true!" Jenner said in a statement.

"Kris" will air on "select Fox-owned stations" this summer, according to the LA Times, and will be a one-hour entertainment show with "a daily jolt of celebrity guests, fashion & beauty trends; plus a mix of lifestyle topics--all through the distinctive and unpredictable perspective of Kris Jenner."

Kris Jenner, 57, is a central character in the various reality shows featuring her Kardashian daughters, but this will be the first television venture focusing solely on Jenner. Stephen Brown, an executive at 20th Television, said "Kris" will be an opportunity to learn more about the business woman behind the Kardashian brand.

"The latest adventures, successes and disappointments surrounding the extensive Kardashian and Jenner family fill entertainment magazines and create daily online headlines," Brown said in a statement provided by the LA Times. "At the center of this fascinating empire is Kris Jenner--a dedicated mom and a successful business woman."

Jenner will serve as an executive producer on the show, according to The Examiner, just as she has for several episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kourtney and Kim Take New York, and other offshoots of the Kardashian TV franchise.

Jenner has some experience hosting talk shows; she previously guest hosted the CBS daytime talk show "The Talk."
