Of 142 complaints filed against Border Patrol agents in Yuma and Tuscon Sectors, the only case to recieved discipline resulted in a one-day suspension, according to a report released by the ACLU.

Alabama, ACLU Battle in Court Over Statewide Prison Policy of Segregating HIV+ Inmates

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) sued the State of Alabama in 2011 over segregating HIV+ inmates in Alabama prisons and keeping them from participating in various rehabilitation and retraining programs. The class action lawsuit went to court on Monday.
