Beyonce will be performing with Coldplay at the Super Bowl 50 halftime show. It will be Queen Bey’s second time to grace a Super Bowl halftime show.

Previously, Beyonce was the main act at Super Bowl 47 in 2013, featuring the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers. Pepsi confirmed Beyonce’s 2016 appearance as Coldplay’s guest on stage on Feb. 7 at Levi’s Stadium. She is expected to sing “Hymn for the Weekend” from “A Head Full of Dreams,” Coldplay’s new album, where she also voice guested in the same song, Bleacher Report wrote.

Bruno Mars will also be returning to perform at halftime during NFL’s biggest event. The singer last performed in Super Bowl 48 in 2014, featuring the Seattle Seahawks versus the Denver Broncos.

As for Coldplay, their main act will reportedly showcase elements from football’s past, present and future, NFL.com stated. Phil Harvey, artistic director of Coldplay, previously suggested that there will be special guests in the band’s act. There are rumors that Rihanna may also be featured at the event, MTV wrote.

“This announcement is just the beginning. Coldplay frontman Chris Martin is designing a show that will echo elements of the NFL’s On the Fifty campaign – honoring the past, recognizing the present and looking ahead to the next 50 years, including other special artists,” NFL.com stated. Martin promised that they will give everything they have in their performance, describing their appearance as the greatest moment in their band’s life.

Super Bowl 50 appears to be the biggest yet in the event’s 50-year history. The halftime show of the NFL Championship is famous for presenting some of the current top artists in the world. In 2015, Katy Perry headlined the performance, with Lenny Kravitz and Missy Elliot also appearing onstage. Perry had the most-watched halftime show in history after luring 118 million viewers.

In 2014, the Red Hot Chili Peppers graced the event headlined by Bruno Mars. When Beyonce was the primary performer in 2013, she was joined by her former Destiny’s Child bandmates and sang a medley of their best hits. There was actually a power outage during their performance, MTV stated. Other stars who headlined the event include Madonna, Prince, U2, Bruce Springsteen and the Rolling Stones, Yahoo wrote.

ETOnline reported that Super Bowl 50 will happen at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016. The event will air live on CBS.
