Filipino Boxing great Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao wants another shot at Floyd Mayweather Jr. and he won't hang his gloves until it happens.

In the report at PhilBoxing, Pacquaio reiterated his desire to face Mayweather again in the boxing ring, which he cited as the way he wanted to end his boxing career.

"I have been very vocal about it (fighting Mayweather) even before the Bradley fight was made official on New Year's Eve. The reason is simple, I want to end my 21-year boxing career with a big bang so to speak," Pacquiao told Eddie Alinea of PhilBoxing.

The 37-year-old Pacquiao went on to say that he and Mayweather still have an unfinished business due to how the match ended, citing the fact that sports fans "did not get the results they wanted" and the match did not live up with the "Fight of the Century" bill.

The eight division world champion added that it would be more "colorful" and "meaningful" for both of them to finish their career at a "higher note."

However, in a recent interview by ThaBoxingVoice, Mayweather Sr. emphasized that he does not foresee a rematch between the two most iconic boxers of this generation.

"Floyd Jr. ain't fighting no rematch (with Pacquiao)," Mayweather Sr. said. "(Pacquiao) want a fight with Floyd Jr. He want the biggest payout, you know. That's all that is. He want it but he ain't gon [sic] get it."

Pacquiao and Mayweather faced last May 2015 in what was considered the biggest sporting event of the year. Pacquaio, however, lost via unanimous decision on a fight that clearly lacks the expected fireworks.

The match was then filled with controversy as Pacquiao admitted that he had a right shoulder injury which he did not disclose prior to the fight

Pacquiao, who currently holds a 57-6-2 win-loss-draw record, has already underwent a surgery to repair the torn rotator cuff in his right shoulder but has not fought since May. Meanwhile, Mayweather went on to match Rocky Marciano's 49-0 record, beating Andre Berto last September, before announcing his retirement.

As of present time, Pacquiao is scheduled to get back in the ring on April 9, 2016 to fight American boxer Timothy Bradley, who is coming off an impressive ninth round stoppage of Brandon Rios last November.

Pacquiao versus Bradley will be the third time the boxers will meet after both split their first two meetings.

Do you think Mayweather will give Pacquiao a rematch? Or should Pacquaio already retire? Let us know in the comment section below.
