New Squad Member? Taylor Swift Welcomes 2016 With Ruby Rose [Photos & Video]

Taylor Swift has a new bestie?

Besides ringing in the new year, Taylor Swift has one more reason to celebrate on New Years' eve -- the worldwide release of her 1989 hit single "Out Of The Woods." However, while her 2015 is nothing less than amazing - with the success of her 1989 Concert, a number of music awards, and massive album sales, she is also well known for bringing "friends" and "besties" to her concerts whose friendship she has acquired while in the entertainment industry. "#squadgoals," an infamous social media hashtag, was something the country singer has been known for setting off in popular media.

Last Dec. 31, Swift was spotted among the OMNIA nightclub crowd along with "Orange Is The New Black" actress Ruby Rose. She was also seen cheering on boyfriend Calvin Harris as he served as the night's DJ in the famous Las Vegas club, according to a report by People.

A DJ herself, Rose disclosed via Twitter in June that Swift is her celebrity crush.

"@taylorswift13 is a gateway drug.." she tweeted in April as per E! Online. "I don't know what to. But whatever it is.. She is the gateway drug."

The 29-year-old actress is famous for being part of a love triangle on "Orange Is the New Black." While the role is a road to heartache in one way or another, the Aussie celebrity, has experienced some real life heartbreak as she and partner Phoebe Dahl broke up and called off their engagement. According to E! Online, Rose might have rebounded from the relationship as she was spotted with another woman before Christmas.

Aside from Rose and Harris, Swift was joined by "squad members" and band HAIM as well as her 23-year-old brother, Austin Swift. Austin uploaded a black and white photo of Harris in action captioning it with "A very Happy New Years." It was obvious that Swift's younger brother was in a spot for observation as he stood behind Harris while he plays for the huge OMNIA crowd.

Like Austin, Rose also shared a clip of her and Swift on her Instagram.
