The success of Golden State Warriors star guard Stephen Curry is phenomenal so seeing that he has grown more popular over bonafide stars like LeBron James and Kobe Bryant at this point of the current 2015-16 NBA season doesn’t really come as a surprise.

Everyone is of course aware that the Warriors continue their mean streak, unblemished at 19-0 after recently defeating the Utah Jazz, 106-103, as reported through ESPN.

It remains if any NBA team can really man up and eventually put an end to the Warriors winning ways and of course cool down the hot-shooting Curry. While the answer to that remains to be seen perhaps in the coming matches of the Warriors, the fact remains that Curry’s exemplary showing has earned him some level-ups on NBA 2K16.

Thanks to his fiery and dominant play, Curry has just become the highest rated player with a 95-overall rating for NBA 2K16. That means that last year’s MVP has now squeaked past Cleveland Cavaliers’ star LeBron James who carries a 94-overall ranking.

Other than Curry, there were other players who moved up as well.

That includes Jimmy Butler of the Chicago Bulls (88) and Kemba Walker of the Charlotte Hornets (82). Other players worth noting include Brandon Knight (84), Andre Iguodala (80) and Harrison Barnes (80).

Here is a breakdown of the players who gained and moved up in the ratings via Design & Trend:

• Kawhi Leonard (+1 to 91)
• Paul George (+1 to 90)
• Blake Griffin (+1 to 90)
• Andre Drummond (+1 to 87)
• Kyle Lowry (+1 to 85)
• Hassan Whiteside (+1 to 83)
• Rajon Rondo (+2 to 82)
• Karl-Anthony Towns (+2 to 82)
• Giannis Antetokounmpo (+1 to 82)
• Avery Bradley (+4 to 81)
• Andrew Wiggins (+1 to 82)
• Enes Kanter (+1 to 81)
• Kristaps Porzingis (+4 to 80)
• C.J. McCollum (+1 to 80)
• Thaddeus Young (+2 to 79)
• Jahlil Okafor (+1 to 79)
• Jarrett Jack (+3 to 78)
• Jae Crowder (+2 to 78)

And of course there will be players who saw dips in their ratings as well. Paul Pierce of the Los Angeles Clippers had the biggest deduction with a -3 which brings down his rating to 75.

Kobe Bryant, who recently announced his retirement and has been struggling as of late expectedly saw a dip in his ratings as well. He and Monta Ellis of the Indiana Pacers saw their ratings deducted 2 overall points as of this writing.

Thus, Kobe’s overall rating now stands at 78 while Ellis saw his rating drop to 77.

Aside from the two, there were other players who saw a dip in their ratings as well.
