Cameron Diaz is writing another book titled "The Longevity Book" and she wants girls and women of all ages, from all walks of life and from all over the world to be part of the cover. Much like the cover of her first book, the "Body Book," she wants to have women of all different shapes, sizes, builds and ethnicities to be part of the next project.

"The Longevity Book" is centered on the mental, physical and emotional journey of aging," Diaz wrote on her Facebook. "And as we diligently put the finishing touches on the book, we'd like to ask for your help once more. This book is for you and about you, and that's why we'd like to see you on the cover," she wrote.

Diaz is inviting girls and women to take picture of them against a plain background with the general framing cropped to appear as a portrait, advisably in higher definition. "We'd like to see more of that beautiful face of yours than the body this time," she said. The photo could also be a picture of mothers and daughters together or even the generation of women in the family, as long as it shows the journey with aging.

Only 50 photos are going to be used for the actual cover. The owners of these photos will be gifted with a signed copy of the book in time of its release in bookstores in April 2016. "So be yourself with it, be brave with it, have fun with it, and we can't wait to see," Diaz said.

Those who are interested should download and print a picture release found in Diaz's official blog for "The Longevity Book." The high resolution photos should be emailed to ourbodybook@gmail.com. The same photo shall also be uploaded to Instagram and/or twitter and tag @TheBodyBook#TheLongevityBook. All entries shall be submitted on or before 9pm PST on Friday, Nov. 20.

Diaz first ventured into writing with "The Body Book" where she shares tips for becoming happier, healthier, and stronger. Her tips are based in science and grounded on her personal experience.

"The Body Book" made it as number 1 New York Times bestseller as it offers a comprehensive overview of the human body and mind. The book demystified and debunked the hype around food and expounds on the benefits of vitamins and minerals. In this book, Diaz also explains the significance of physical activities, the importance of muscle and bone strength, down to the most mundane of why people need to sweat every day.
