Enrique Tovar and Tania Reza have gotten their jobs back after creating a terrible mess for human resources on live television.

The hosts of 'A Toda Maquina' on Televisa have reportedly been given a second chance on the air after pulling a sexual harassment stunt, according to the network. A clip from the show went viral after Enrique Tovar repeatedly made unwanted advances at his co-host Tania Reza. He repeatedly touches and strokes her body. He touches her chest area and even attempts to life the skirt of her dress. She swats him away before she eventually walks off set, ripping off her microphone. Reza says "She can't work like this" while Tovar apologizes to the audience for his "hormonal" co-host.

What a segment!

Televisa allegedly was unaware of the publicity stunt coordinated by the hosts.

In a statement the network said "Televisa strongly condemns this act and any type of harassment. In conjunction with [ethics code], we inform you that both presenters have been separated from the company."

The network also urged Reza to come forward if what she reported to HR differed from what actually occurred.

"We urge Tania Reza that if what happened on the show differs from her original statement to human resources, to not have doubts in letting us know so we can support her in the process of filing a formal complaint. At Televisa we take any form of inappropriate behavior very seriously."

Tovar and Reza were both terminated after a video of the two was uploaded to YouTube, by the network, saying the entire debacle was a hoax.

Reza took to Facebook after she was let go, telling fans she was instructed by the network to say the awkwardly inappropriate moment was a joke.

"Unfortunately in these situations there is pressure on the part of 'businesses and other obligations to say' (or even record a video saying) that I am guilty," Reza wrote on her Facebook page.

However, both have received their jobs back. Televisa said, "After a detailed investigation of what happened in Televisa-Ciudad Juarez in effect to break responsibilities of the alleged sexual harassment against ATM host, Tania Reza. Taking into account new information that has come up, (both Reza and Tovar will be reinstated) with the provision of dedicating time to talking about the prevention of sexual harassment and other topics relating to discrimination in the workplace."

Latin Times points out that viewers believe ATM may not actually be a live broadcast meaning "production was well aware of what had happened on the show."
