D.C. United vs New England Revolution, RFK Stadium, Washington, DC, 1930 ET

DC United appeared to be on course for a run to the latter stages of the MLS playoff before last weekend, however, their 5-0 defeat to Columbus at the weekend will have knocked their confidence and United will need to recover in order to overcome the Revolution. The New Englanders come into the match in mixed form following an 11-3-3 regular season, which ended in a 3-1 victory over NYCFC at the weekend. United will be without the services of Davy Arnaud and his presence may be missed as New England may well prove superior in the middle of the park.

Montreal Impact vs Toronto FC, Stade Saputo, 1900 ET

Four days after the Impact defeated Toronto FC on decision day, the two hottest players in the MLS fight it out again for progression in the MLS post season. Sebastian Giovinco and Didier Drogba lead their teams to the Stade Saputo with so much on the line. This edition of the "401 Derby" will be the most important in years and despite Giovinco's remarkable season, which has seen the Italian top the scoring and assist-making leaderboards, may not be enough against an Impact team that have really worked hard to reach this stage and with the indomitable Didier Drogba up front, the Impact could be just a bit too much for Toronto.

Portland Timbers vs Sporting Kansas City, Providence Park, Portland, 2200 ET

Both the Portland Timbers and Sporting Kansas City will consider themselves fortunate to be part of the MLS post season after both teams' difficult regular season campaigns. Kansas City will be flying high on confidence after their weekend victory over MLS Cup champions LA Galaxy. Sporting will, however, be sweating on the fitness of Roger Espinoza and Ike Opara ahead of the match. The Timbers also enjoyed a victory at the weekend over Colorado, and Diego Chara and Will Johnson should be fit to return to the Timbers starting lineup.
