Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill Tying the Knot? [Rumors]

According to rumors Nicki Minaj and her boyfriend Meek Mill might be tying the knot soon. The news surfaced because the couple is reportedly buying a house together.

In a report by Hollywood Life, Minaj and Mill might be in this for the long haul. The couple reportedly placed a bid on a nine-bedroom house in California. The couple have not bought the place yet but rumors suggest that the owners will likely say yes to the pair.

Minaj has been without a permanent home in California since her lease ran out on a house she shared with former boyfriend Safaree Samuals. The singer split from Samuals in August last year after 12 years of being together.

Although Minaj and Mill only met earlier this year, things between the two have already gotten pretty serious. According to Mirror UK, the couple already talked about marriage even if Meek hasn't proposed to the singer yet. Minaj previously admitted that her "overprotective" mother was initially worried when she started seeing Meek. Carol Maraji, Minaj's mother, feared that Meek would only break her heart.

"My mother only knows Meek from what she sees in public, in the media. She's met him now, but she just wants to make sure he's a nice guy. She's overprotective of her daughter," Minaj said. "Another thing people don't know is I've only had three boyfriends in my whole life. I've never dated around. I don't have a whole lot of experience in that department."

Minaj said that her new relationship is a big step because her family have only known "one thing" for over a decade. The rapper said that everyone was scared about her being in a new relationship because she lets her guard down and her mother wanted to make sure she was not rushing into anything.

"Everybody was just scared. Those women were scared for me because when I love someone I really let them in," Minaj added.

Rumors that the two were engaged in April emerged when the "Anaconda" singer posted a ring on her social media account. While the wedding still remains a rumor, Minaj has always been vocal about her dreams one day to walk down the aisle.

In an interview, the singer said that her dream wedding would happen on the white sand beaches of either Hawaii or Turks and Caicos. She also said that she wants a big, white "Beauty and the Beast" dress.
