The parents of a toddler made an awesome decision to support their toddler's costume for Halloween 2015. The father will dress up as Princess Anna from the animated movie "Frozen" to accompany his son, who will be going as Princess Elsa.

Advocate reported that the family from Chesapeake, Virginia, thought of eliminating the traditional notion of gender roles by dressing up as the Disney princesses for this year's Halloween. A Facebook photo of parents Paul Henson and Ashley Ramage featured their 3-year-old son, Caiden, wearing a Halloween costume. Caiden, unlike most boys his age, will be going to Halloween events as Princess Elsa.

The toddler had blonde hair and seemed to be showing off his feisty attitude as his dad took the shot, as seen in the wall mirror. The young boy stuck his tongue out and had the familiar blue dress on with white lace and snowflake patterns. The ice blue dress also had glistening accents. Everything was complete except for the tiara. Caiden seemed to have worn the dress over his casual clothes, as evidence by his green sneakers coming out underneath.

Huffington Post revealed that Henson and Ramage allowed Caiden to choose any costume he wanted for Halloween, whether it was for a boy or girl. Reportedly, Caiden was very fond of the movie "Frozen" and its star, Princess Elsa.

"As children get older, they distance themselves from their parents. Why start that split sooner than they need to? It's important for children to know that their parents will stand by them no matter what. Ashley and I will do whatever it takes to keep our son happy and not take his innocence and imagination from him," said Henson.

The father proved that he fully supports his son's decision, by even planning to dress up as Anna, Elsa's sister in the film.

"Game on," Henson stated. He added that Halloween is supposed to be for children who wish to pretend to be their favorite characters, so parents should not be prejudiced by mere kid costumes.

Ramage said that he wanted other parents to realize that gender stereotypes are behaviors that are taught and learned. She told Huffington Post that at 3 years old, children are still exploring, discovering and development. Parents should not discourage them from exercising their individuality.

The Facebook photo has been shard over 24,000 times and social media users have actually forwarded their approval of the Virginia parents' decision.
