‘Clash of Clans’ News: What to Expect During the October ClashCon Event?

The Clash Con Gaming Event will happen on Oct. 24, 2015. Fans can expect a number of things from the event, including new updates, workshops and discussions with the clash community.

The ClashCon 2015 will be held at the Messukeskus Expo and Convention Centre in Helsinki, Finland. Non-refundable tickets are currently being sold at Event Brite for $110. The cost will include food, drinks, workshops and Clash loot. Fans have to be at least 18 years old to join. Yibada reported that “Clash of Clans” mobile game by Supercell will receive new updates on Oct. 24. The event will feature the gathering of the worldwide clash community at one press conference.

There will be plenty of activities at the ClashCon 2015 Events, such as tournaments where top clashers around the globe will battle in clan wars. The event will happen on the main stage, and there will also be workshops and panel discussions that will teach players who to get three stars in war attacks. There is “The Art of War” panel discussion that will educate players how to win every war in the mobile game.

Touch Arcade reported that there will be a panel discussion on the specifics, such as how to build an effective army, how to build a base and how to attack. There will be a single player challenge that will let players battle the Goblin horde.

Recently, Supercell released a new update for “Clash of Clans”, which can be downloaded from Google Play and App Store. Touch Arcade wrote that some adjustments were made on Lightning, Earthquake, Poison and Freeze Spells, allowing these to damage defending air troops. There is a new Lightning Spell level 7 that damages both structures and troops. There is also an additional 25 Wall pieces for those with Town Hall level 10. The Clan Wars Tiebreaker was also introduced which will help break score ties by calculating the destruction percentage. Lava Hounds cannot target air troops anymore. The Earthquake spell’s damage has significantly increased, while the Poison spell focuses on troops even after leaving the spell.

Christian Post reported that no details on the game updates have been revealed in the meantime, but players speculate that the first update might be involved with Town Hall level 11. At present, “Clash of Clan” players can only advance up to Town Hall level 10. A new Town Hall upgrade may allow troops and structures to level up as well. The Dark Barracks still has four empty spots, which might be filled at the ClashCon event. There are rumors that a new single player map or a third Hero might be introduced.
