Justin Bieber took to Twitter to let his avid fans know that his 2015 album will be out in November.

Bieber created a wave of promotion for his new single "What Do You Mean" before finally announcing the date of his next album, Latin Post reportedThe singer posted on Twitter that his 2015 album will be out on November 13, and encouraged his followers to pre-order on his store to unlock the album art.

Biebs made his return on stage over the weekend at the MTV Video Music Awards where he performed his songs "What Do You Mean" followed by "Where Are You Now?" Viewers actually witnessed Bieber crying uncontrollably by the end of his performance.

What does Selena Gomez have to say about all of this? According to gossip site Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Justin apparently told MTV to not show Selena while he is performing because it has been rumored that both his new songs are actually about his ex-girlfriend and their relationship.

"Justin had complete creative control over his performance. He knew his worth, and that MTV would agree to anything to get him back on the stage - his comeback was going to be huge. So, he told them he didn't want his name associated with Selena at all, nor were they allowed to play up the whole 'diss song' thing between them," a source said.

On the other hand, Hollywood Life reported that Selena is actually happy for her ex despite not being able to watch Justin perform on stage. Selena, together with Taylor Swift and the rest of the girls from the "Bad Blood" music video, took a bathroom break during Justin's performance. This was apparently done to avoid the camera panning over at Selena to see her reaction.

"She knew going into the night that Justin was both excited and nervous. She's happy for him and knows he's relieved that he pulled it off and was true to himself," an insider stated.

Selena Gomez is also currently promoting her new album "Revival", which will be launched in October. The "Good For You" singer admitted that majority of the songs in her new album are about her relationship with Justin.

Last year in November, it was Selena who got emotional while she sang her song "The Heart Wants What It Wants" on the American Music Awards. It was indeed a very touchy performance, so much so that even her bestfriend Taylor Swift who was sitting on the front row was spotted tearing up.
