The new Xbox One Elite Bundle will feature a number of powerful specifications, particularly a faster and larger hard drive.

TIME reported that the Xbox One Elite Bundle was announced on August31, 2015. First, the new device features a 1TB hard drive. Second, the classic cylinder-based drive was upgraded into a solid state hybrid model. This created a small solid state partition for the player’s most frequently accessed files, making the hard drive a lot faster than its predecessor. The new solid state partition will reduce metrics like energy usage and load times, thereby reducing clutter and streamlining the power strip for smoother gaming experience.

At the moment, Microsoft did not indicate the drive manufacturer. The company also did not share information regarding the drive’s technical ratings and the percentage of the solid state of the drive. Microsoft stated that the drive will let players to play games up to 20% faster from energy-saving mode. The faster hard drive means that gamers can play some of the best games on Xbox more, such as “Halo 5: Guardians”, “Forza Motorsport 6” and “Rise of the Tomb Raider”.

The Xbox One Elite Bundle will also feature a wireless controller. The new controller provides customization options and also has interchangeable paddles, high-performance construction and hair trigger locks. Further customizations are allowed via the Xbox Accessories app, Xbox.com wrote. It will be available as a standalone product in the next month. The independent controller will be available at $149.99 in October.

Microsoft further announced that there will be an Xbox One Special Edition Lunar White Wireless Controller, which will include all the updated features of the standard Xbox One Wireless Controller. The new controller will feature a white and gold color scheme and enhanced grip texture to provide gamers with more comfort and control. The controller will be available at GameStop exclusively beginning late in September at a retail price of $64.99. The Xbox One Elite Bundle will be the only version of the gaming console that will include the Elite controller.

Xbox.com stated that the Xbox One Elite Bundle will become available worldwide beginning November 2015 at a retail price of $499. In the United States, the package will be exclusively available at Microsoft Stores and GameStop for the month of November. The stock Xbox One, with a 500GB cylinder hard drive, is currently available at $349, while the 1TB model is available at $399.
