The lead single, "What Do You Mean" will be included as well. Bieber is expected to perform the song for the first time on August 30 at the MTV Video Music Awards.

In his Twitter account, Bieber shared: "you got the song & the lyric video. Now the #whatdoyoumean music video comes out on @vevo 11pm est on Sunday.

Bieber has already rehearsed yesterday, and even updated his followers and fans about it.

"Great rehearsals. Tired but excited," he posted.

He also used the hashtags #VMAs and #WhatDoYouMean in his series of posts, giving netizens a clue about the album and single that he will soon launch.

Sources of Billboard.com claimed that the album will be more on the collaborative works of Diplo and Skrillex.

There are reports that the following also contributed to the new album: Mason "MdL Levy, Jason "Poo Bear" Boyd, and Semi Precious Weapons' Justin Tranter.

Bieber fans can expect an interesting music mix for this particular album. Billboard.com claims that this will be a mix of pop, EDM, and R&B.

Bieber also said that "What Do You Mean" is somewhat along the same lines as "Where Are U Know."

Billboard.com sources added that this new album will also include a number of piano ballads. Bieber said that this new album will be more "personally revealing" compared to the other albums that the singer has launched.

By the end of the year, Bieber might do a world tour, according to Billboard.com. Just recently, the singer also appeared in Billboard Hot 100 Fest, HARD, and Ultra Music Festival.

Bieber's manager Scooter Braun said, "nothing's gratifying quite yet because the job is not done. It's nice to see it being about the music again. When Justin's in front of a sold-out arena or stadium, doing what he loves - then I'll be satisfied. Until then, we have a lot of work to do."
