In less than 5 months, 2015 will be ending. However, there still are a number of mobile gadget makers who have yet to release their latest products, and they are apparently still keeping their upcoming offerings under wraps. Let the leaks flood in!

Recently, reports have it that the latest iteration in Google's Nexus line will be issued in two models this year - a trend that has been favored by nearly every smartphone maker, including Apple.

"The larger one is said to be a Huawei-made Nexus phone," Phone Arena said. "So far, we have the leaked dimensions of the new Huawei Nexus 6 at 159.4 x 78.3 x 6.6/8.5mm."

The said dimensions have been revealed by "a leakster with a great track record," On Leaks.

"There will be three key new features on the phone: front-firint stereo speakers, USB Type-C connector, and a fingerprint reader on the back," Phone Arena continued. "All of that will come in a phone running on the newest Android 6.0 Marshmallow."

A previous leak regarding the Google Nexus was that of the LG Nexus 5, which was said to be "a white device with a circular fingerprint scanner, protruding camera and the Nexus logo at the rear," according to PC Advisor.

Also, it was earlier hinted that the Huawei model will be the bigger Nexus at 5.7 inches, while the LG iteration will measure 5.2 inches.

"Both will have a metal body, Type-C USB, front facing speakers and a fingerprint scanner on the back," the site continued. "Furthermore it mentions dimensions of 159.4x78.3x6.6/8.5mm for the Huawei model and 146.9x72.9x8/9.8mm for LG."

The leaked images are reportedly based on blueprints of both devices supplied to accessory manufacturers.

"They may not be spot on, but they should give you a definite idea of what to expect," TechnoBuffalo noted.

"Google typically launches the latest version of Android in Oct., so we shouldn't have too long to wait to find out how accurate these renders are," the site said.

Meanwhile, Digital Trends observed that both renders look similar to the iPhone 6, except that the fingerprint scanner is on the back.

Some reports also agree that the Nexus phones may both arrive in October this year, in accordance to Google's usual launch schedule for its Nexus devices.

In the coming weeks, there may be more updates and leaks regarding the upcoming models. As such, keep checking this space for the latest news about the new Nexus.
