Disney pulled another familiar move when they recently announced a sequel to "Frozen" back in March. Fans will once again experience the magic brought forth by Elsa, Anna, Olaf and Kristoff in "Frozen 2."

"Frozen" fans were ecstatic when Disney announced a sequel to the much-loved animated movie, according to Ecumenical news. Disney's chief creative officer, John Lassiter, said that they had so much fun making the movie that will take fans back to the magical world of Arendelle. "Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck have come up with a great idea for a sequel and you will be hearing a lot more about it and we're taking you back to Arendelle," Lassiter added with exhilaration.

Despite the fact that Disney remains silent about the movie's plot, rumors still spread at a rapid pace. One of the hottest pieces of information surrounding the film involve speculations on Elsa's new powers, reports Screen Crush. Since the first movie did not divulge the origins of the Ice Queen's magic, this rumor sprung from fans eager for answers. This might lead to a story with Elsa and Anna's parents as the focus.

The progress of the character's existing relationships from the first movie is another hot topic. Fans have been asking about the progression of the relationship between Anna and Elsa over time as well as what happens to Anna and Kristoff's romance. As to the subject of love, the rumor mill further stated that Elsa might find her own "Prince Charming" in the character of Olaf.

Previously reported on Australia Network News, Olaf might get more screen time on the sequel. The news disclosed that the lovable snowman melted for Anna on the first movie and "Frozen 2" would showcase more of the pure-hearted Olaf.

Preceding reports revealed Kristen Bell is back on board as Princess Anna, which she confirmed via Twitter. The rumors about the Ice Queen's backstory plot was further strengthened when Eva Bella, the girl who played young Elsa, signed on for the sequel. Other returning stars include Idina Menzel as Queen Elsa, Johnathan Groff as Kristoff and Josh Grod as Olaf.

Plot-related rumors about "Frozen 2" are expected to escalate in the months to pass. It will be hard to tell which rumors are true from those that are false since Disney keeps the plot a well-guarded secret. Harmless as it may seem, these rumors may mislead readers when the movie premieres which could lead to disappointments.

Fans should expect more news to come, so keep posted. "Frozen 2" is set to open on Nov 21, 2018.
