Justin Bieber is up with the good deeds once again. In another episode of "Knock Knock Live," the singer surprised one of his fans with a quinceañera party.

A Latina girl usually spends her 15th birthday with a quinceañera party. But for Ashley Quintero, she didn't have a party until now.

In last night's episode of "Knock Knock Live," Justin Bieber surprised one of his fans by throwing her a birthday party. According to Fox News Latino, the now 21-year-old Quintero was suffering from meningitis when she was a teenager. In fact, she was so sick that doctors think that she wouldn't be able to survive. But she said, listening to Justin Bieber's song "Pray" has helped her through recovery.

To give back, the 21-year-old singer surprised Ashley with a post-birthday celebration that was definitely worth the delay.

"I am literally shaking right now," Ashley told the cameras as soon as Bieber knocked on their front door.

Justin told Ashley that he can't tell her where they were going but said that she should pick out a dress to wear. The popstar gave her several gowns to try on. The excited fan put on a sparkly pink ball gown and Justin escorted her to the car that was parked outside.

"I feel like I'm dreaming. This is like a fairytale come true," Ashley said.

"Well you are the princess and I will be your prince charming whenever you want," the famous singer responded.

In one of the clips, Justin and Ashley were seen hitting the dance floor while "Pray" was playing in the background. The singer described the experience as "magical."

"To be able to see Ashley in that environment, to see her around all of her friends and family was amazing. It was magical for me," Justin said.

Not only did Justin throw Ashley a party but the "Where Are U Now" singer also gave the family a shopping spree and $10,000 to help with the medical bills.

Justin's birthday party blowout came after he did another surprise visit to a hardworking father with a son who had down syndrome.

MTV News reported that the singer bombarded a local church to surprise one of its members and his son Noah. Justin even made a request that he would like to see the youngster rap, so he did. Noah took the stage and performed while Justin cheered and clapped on the side.

"For me being able to just witness that, it almost brought tears to my eyes," Justin said.
