As "Pretty Little Liars" winds down to its sixth season finale, happening on August 11, things are heating up on the show plot-wise. And there's the question on who "A" is - something that a number of fans know the answer to. Well, kind of.

"While fans know A is only a disguise to Charles DiLaurentis, who was recently revealed to be Alison's older brother and Jason's twin, it would be nice to pin a face to the name," Master Herald said, adding that the finale of the current season will "finally unveil the face of the girls' tormentor." Although showrunner Marlene King isn't telling, she has given a clue that season 6 will be "the summer of answers."

With the growing anticipation over the revelation of the mysterious "A," fans of the show have arrived at different theories on who this person must be.

According to Cosmopolitan, Wren must be Charles. This speculation was based on a claim from a "fired production assistant on the show" who revealed this tidbit on a Reddit AMA. King, however, disputed this theory by saying that nobody has leaked the identity of the mysterious character.

Some have pointed an accusing finger at Sara, while others said it must be Toby's brother. A few have named Sean, Charles, CeCe, and Alex as possible Charles suspects.

Meanwhile, MTV rounded up 5 clues about "Pretty Little Liars," pointing out Sara's "shady" behavior, and the suspicious $30,000 scholarship Hanna received from a certain company, which has been suspected as having connections with the DiLaurentis family.

Also, there's the question of why Alli's dad pack sleeping pills, according to the site.

"It must be hard to sleep with your eldest child trying to kill you, but why did he pack those sleeping pills in the first place?" MTV asked.

Fans may also notice that Hanna is a genius, which may raise further suspicions.

Additionally, it appears that A isn't exactly a woman, based on "he scene in the arcade where the Liars and the cops confront A (who still gets away scot free for some reason)."

"But then, who is the woman helping Charles? Our money is on a certain love interest of Emily Fields," the music news site went on to speculate.

Further, King said that she "had planned big A's reveal during the Season 6 finale, but she decided to move it to the 6A summer finale," Master Herald noted.

"The second half of the season, dubbed as 6B, still has no exact premiere date but speculations say that it would be in January next year," the site said.
