New details about the upcoming "Resident Evil" movie, "Resident Evil: The Last Chapter" has been unveiled as Milla Jovovich is set to return as Alice.

Good news for "Resident Evil" movie fans as filming for "Resident Evil: The Last Chapter" is now set to begin soon as Jovovich is now readying to play Alice one last time.

Jovovich posted a teaser pic of her readying up to play Alice in "Resident Evil: The Last Chapter" in her official Instagram page where it can be seen that she is getting her face cast made by one of the members of the costume department of the film.

According to a report by Game Spot, "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" is going to be the last film in the film franchise.

As was noted on the report, the filming of "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" was supposed to start earlier than usual but Jovovich giving birth to her baby caused the production of the film to be delayed a few months.

What can fans expect for "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter"?

As noted by Game Spot, Paul W.S Anderson admits that "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" would be in 3D and that he states that the entire "Resident Evil" film would be built for 3D as he notes that from the sets, to the costume and to camera angles he uses, everything would made with 3D in mind.

"I kind of write action scenes and pick out locations that I think and know--because I've done so much of it--will translate very well into 3D... We build sets that I know will shoot well in 3D. It's really, even from this point, 3D is something I'm definitely thinking about...I think the one thing that most people do agree on is the 3D looks fantastic and that's really good news," said Anderson.

Meanwhile, Kazem Sedighzadeh of Master Herald reported that the plot of "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" would focus on Alice getting rid of the Red Queen once and for all.

"Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" is set to be released on Sep 2, 2016. Wentworth Miller, Sienna Guillroy, Spencer Locke, and other stars have been rumored to return to the film, notes Master Herald.
