Good news gamers as new details about "Kingdom Hearts 3" and "Star Wars Battlefront" have been unveiled and that gamers should get hyped about the upcoming D23 expo!
The D23 expo would be home to many reveals about "Kingdom Hearts 3" and "Star Wars Battlefront".
According to Kyle Sledge of Game Rant, Disney is planning to make the D23 a highlight for gamers as they are set to reveal a ton of new information about "Star Wars Battlefront" and "Kingdom Hearts 3".
The report notes that Electronic Arts has confirmed that "Star Wars Battlefront" will have a hands-on playable demo in the pavilion's game lounge available as they warn that fans looking forward to a hands-on demo of "Kingdom Hearts 3" will have to wait as the D23 expo will not have a demo available for the game.
What has been revealed about "Kingdom Hearts 3" and what can fans expect about the D23 expo?
According to Zulai Serrano of iDigital Times, "Kingdom Hearts 3" game director Tetsuya Nomura revealed a couple of new details about the game and the worlds that it would contain.
According to the report, Nomura admitted that "Kingdom Hearts 3" would have new worlds and that it is certainly bigger that what was offered in previous games, especially "Kingdom Hearts 2".
"With every Kingdom Hearts title, we plan to deliver more worlds than actually appear in game -- so we have something in our pockets to work with. Then as we begin to hone these worlds and stages, and some do get cut. We have prepared more worlds, in that respect, than Kingdom Hearts 2," said Nomura.
Meanwhile, Disney also revealed what fans can expect during the D23 expo.
"In the Hall D23 presentation on Sunday, August 16, at 11 a.m., fans won't want to miss never-before-seen gameplay, trailers, new reveals, and surprises from Disney Interactive's most anticipated games. Square Enix will also bring special guests and surprises to Hall D23 to reveal new information from KINGDOM HEARTS III," said Disney in a press release.
It should be noted that iDigital Times noted that the big reveal by Square Enix could be the official announcement of the "Kingdom Hearts 3" release date.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" is set to be released in 2016 for the PS4 and Xbox One, while "Star Wars Battlefront" will be available on Nov 14, 2015 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
