The presidential election is technically over as Florida continues to tabulate their votes but the swing state of Ohio has determined to give their Electoral votes to Obama for a second time.

Ohio was arguable given more campaign focus than the Sunshine State and the Romney campaign felt they could have carried the Buckeye State.

Polls such as the SurveyUSA had Obama leading by five percent from the 803 likely voters surveyed. Obama received 49 percent to Romney's 44 percent. The Public Policy Polling poll also kept Obama in the lead by five percent with Obama receiving 52 percent to Romney's 47 percent from 1000 likely voters surveyed.

Such polls appear to be correct in Obama leading but not in the margin of victory.

The finals result, according to Real Clear Politics, has Obama with 50.1 percent to Romney's 48.2 percent with 100 percent of the votes counted. CNN however is only reporting on 90 percent of the votes in but maintains Obama ahead with 50 percent to Romney's 48 percent. In the specific vote count, Obama has so far received 2,686,628 votes to Romney's 2,586,514.
