New images of a device believed to be the Galaxy Note 5 recently surfaced online, showing more of its design.

Phone Arena reported that based on the leaked photos, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will feature a design that is very close to the look of the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. The product is believed to have a premium metal and glass unibody, a thin frame and a sealed battery. Compared to previous Galaxy Note models, the new one will reportedly appear more aesthetic and elegant as it deviates from the plastic and thick feel of its predecessors. There were also a few protective silicon cases that were allegedly based on the real device, giving users a hint of its dimensions. The cases had big holes on the back, which were presumed to be for the rear shooter, heart rate sensor and LED flash. At the base of the cases were four holes, which could be for the speaker, the S Pen stylus, a 3.5mm headset jack and a charging port. The power button appeared to be positioned on the right side while the volume keys are found on the left, similar to how the Galaxy Note 4 model was designed.

Based on another Phone Arena report, the new Galaxy Note 5 will most likely launch later in 2015, potentially in September. The new device will be bigger than the Note 4, by showcasing a 5.9-inch Quad HD screen. The Note 4 had 5.7-inch screen.

Various concept renders and CAD drawings also came out, which further gave fans a glimpse of how the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 might look like when it is finally released.

iDigital Times stated that the render unveiled a number of specifications that the Galaxy Note 5 may have. The device will most likely have a non-removable back, which means that it may not also have a battery capacity extension and a microSD card slot. The Note 5 may provide users with options for the internal storage. Users may choose 32GB, 64GB and 128GB of internal memory. The Note 5 is said to have a 4,100mAh battery to compensate for its non-removable back. The product may have a USB 2.0 port, instead of the USB Type-C port. A USB Type-C port is not supposed to be compatible with USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, so users might require an extra adapter to have seamless connections.

More details about the Galaxy Note 5 are expected in the following weeks.
