The most recent of the movie in the X-Men franchise, "X-Men: Days of Future Past," has reset the X-Men franchise for the most part. For those who did not see the movie, Wolverine basically went back in time changed how a few things happened and changed the present time line for the better.

However, a new enemy threatens the X-Men and their existence. The Mutant named Apocalypse will be arriving in the next X-Men movie "X-Men: Apocalypse."And so far from the information that has been leaked, the X-Men are showing themselves in force.

According to Screenrant the movie's director, Bryan Singer, has confirmed that versions of long time X-Men Professor X, Mystique, Beast, and Magneto are to return. Which version, however, the younger "First Class" or the older "Days of Future Past" or both, has yet to be determined. Movie Plot has also confirmed several other characters to make their debut or be rebooted in the next movies. Characters include (but are not limited to): Psylocke, a telepathic mutant who can manifest her power into a "power" sword, she also a master in close combat and trained in Ninja arts, she is to be played by Oliva Munn; another confirmed character will be the title character Apocalypse, who is rumored to be the first mutant and is thousands of years old, his powers revolve around being able to manipulate his body's molecules, he will be played by Oscar Issac.
