Are Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas the friendliest exes ever? They've been spotted out and about with their respective current squeezes in London, with supermodel Karlie Kloss acting as the "fifth wheel," as Jezebel put it.
"Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris went on a double date with Joe Jonas and Gigi Hadid this weekend, and Karlie Kloss was the fifth wheel," the site noted. "The fivesome spent part of the date (or maybe all of it?) on a boat that sailed down the Thames."
And although Tay has known BFF Karlie for quite a while now, the statuesque beauty apparently has another secret up her sleeve that delighted the singer.
"Little known fact: Karlie is secretly an unofficial historian/London tour guide. Kind of," the "1898" artist's caption to the gang's Instagram photo read.
Looks like the 25-year-old is surrounded by a bevy of good friends, old and new.
Just 2 days ago, T-Swift was spotted in London's Hyde Park posing with a new member of her all-star BFF crew - Emma Watson.
"We already knew Swift was a big fan of Watson after she praised the actress's speech about feminism. So really, it was only a matter of time until they became friends," Time said. Plus, both appear to be likeable, modern girl-next-door role models.
Tay's recent update just affirms the singer's success not only in the music industry and on social media, but also in her social life, as well as the romance department.
"Calvin and Taylor (Caylor?) not only are insanely adorable together, they're also the highest-paid celebrity couple! Sorry, Jay Zand Beyoncé, you've officially been dethroned," E! News pointed out.
By the way, it's worth noting that Karlie and Joe were linked back in 2011, after they were seen together at a polo match in California. The model, however, denied that they were dating.
Judging by the happy faces in the snap, it does seem there's no "Bad Blood" between Tay and her ex, who she used to date in 2008. After all, 7 years is quite a long time and much has happened in Tay's life. Her star appears to rise even higher and shine brighter - so bright Apple had to shield its sight and bow to her outcry about that free three-month-trial arrangement involving the tech giant's music streaming service. Apple has since clarified that it will be paying artists during the said trial period.
