We know you work hard and at times, whether you like it or not, you have put your health at risk because of your demanding work schedules and heavy workload.

To help you out, we've come up with some quick, easy, and low-calorie lunch recipes that you could bring to work. These 'pack-and-go' lunch gourmets, will not just help you keep an eye on your health, but also help save bucks in the long run.

So, take a look and get ready to fuel up!

1. Meatless Monday

Veggie Salad Sandwich Overload. Hearty, filling, non-wimpy sandwiches are great lunch buddies. Vegetable stuffed sandwich makes you full without the 'overly fed' feeling. Prepare some red onion, artichoke hearts, tomato, provolone, lettuce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and dried oregano on fresh baguettes.

Snatch some romaine, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, onions, sweet red peppers, olives, feta cheese, and mix in a large bowl. On a separate bowl, put in the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over the salad and toss to coat. You now have a healthy, colorful dish. 3. Winter Wednesday

Slow Cooker Veggie Minestrone Soup. Preparing this ultimate favorite veggie and pasta soup can be as easy as 1-2-3. Fresh Fruit Feast. Top choices of 'easy to grab and go' fruits are apples, bananas, grapefruit, berries, cherries, oranges, peaches, pears, guavas, and papayas are all low in calories and sugar.
