Good news to all "Suits" fans! The long wait is finally over. "Suits," one of US televisions' most popular series will be back for its fifth season on June 24 and the team is currently in production. Plenty of questions were left hanging after Season 4 finale. Fans are more than excited to find out answers.
While "Suits" Season 5 is a few weeks away, Day Herald made an in depth review of what happened last season and how it will affect the show and the characters for the upcoming one. The article claims that fans should watch out for a "more humanized" Harvey Specter, a role played by actor Gabriel Macht.
According to the news outlet, Specter will be focused on dealing with his personal issues, a move caused by Donna's exit. Will Harvey be able to overcome his feelings? Will he start a personal and professional war against Louis? Will he be able to manage himself this time? These are just some of the questions that are expected to be answered.
Enstarz, in one of its articles, tackled the relationship between the Harvey and Donna and how it backfired for the lawyer in the end. Aaron Korsh, the show's executive producer said that they want to make an impact as regards the two characters.
"In my mind, they have a moment with the 'I love you' and they both want something to happen at a certain level, but Harvey just doesn't wanna go there," Korsh was quoted in the report saying. "I don't think he quite understands yet the impact of how he treats her. I think he does appreciate her on certain levels. He's very good to her. It's a complicated situation. If you were to look at it like a breakup, when it happens, you go through different phases of getting through it. It's like the five stages of grief."
Latin Post also confirmed that Cristina Cole will be joining the TV series. She will take the role of Dr. Paula Agard who will help Harvey deal with his issues now that he is away from Donna. Avid fans of the show are aware of the soft and sensitive side of Harvey which is disguised under a hard shell. It served him good when he is trying to win cases but was a disappointment when it comes to his relationships. It was primarily the reason why Donna left.
Another addition to the cast is John Pyper-Ferguson who will play as Jack Soloff, according to the Day Herald report. He will be working along with Harvey and Louis while he also becomes the new head of the law firm's Compensation Committee.
