Celebrity and Olympics athlete Bruce Jenner is now Caitlyn Jenner. Her revelations on becoming a transgender female made her the newest cover photo of Vanity Fair Magazine, which reached 46 million people across over the internet.

Bruce Jenner, upon the revelation of her new identity, decided to name herself as Caitlyn. However, even with the months of speculations that she is a woman and the final admission on her Diane Sawyer interview, some people refuse to call her, a "her," or use "she" to describe her. That is why a Twitter bot was created to correct users who are continuing to identify her as "she" instead of "he", as reported by Time magazine

The bot - @she_not_he automatically tweets people who would identify Caitlyn Jenner as "he." Its bio says "I'm a bot politely correcting Twitter users who misgender Caitlyn Jenner. Apologies if I make a mistake reading your tweet."

Caitlin Dewey, the creator of the bot, posted an article on Washington Post about the twitter bot. She created the bot with the help of Andrew Mcgill, a graphic director at NationalJournal.com, who released a code that runs the bot. Hundreds of people have been corrected.

Dewey described the people who were corrected. "There are very, very few of them, admittedly - but particularly in the beginning, before the bot went viral, we saw strings of well-meaning @-replies from tweeters around the country, tweets that apologized for ignorance or explained that they hadn't previously known about these things," she said. She also said "This is extraordinary, when you think about it; or at least it seems so to me. Our online dialogues have become so toxic, so militarized, that it's rare to change a mind or meet in the middle or otherwise agree reasonably on just about anything."

Inside the Vanity Fair magazine, Jenner talked about her struggles on hiding the truth of her identity. Her story gathered tons of both heartwarming and negative reactions. The magazine's social media accounts received more than 42,000 new Instagram followers and 15,826 Twitter followers.

It is said to be the most talked-about news story ever written by the magazine. Vanity Fair's attracted more than 9 million visitors to its website because of the story and 13.1 million hits on the video of Caitlyn Jenner's shoot for the magazine.

A total of 470,000 hours were spent by viewers on the breaking news. The number even overshadowed Kim Kardashian's pregnancy announcement.

Jenner started to undergo several surgeries early this year, which included facial reconstruction and breast augmentation.

Caitlyn started her Twitter account same time as Vanity Fair Magazine issued the story about her. Her Twitter account gained more than a million followers just after four hours, breaking a new record in Guinness. The account's popularity surpassed former record-holder, US President Barack Obama, whose account @Potus, gained a million followers in a span of less than five hours.

Jenner was estatic about the new record and thanked her supporters through her new Twitter account.
