After months of trying, Kanye West and wife Kim Kardashian are expecting their second child.

EOnline reported that Kardashian shared the she is expecting baby number two on the midseason finale of their family show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." In the scene, Kim happily shared the news to sister Khloe Kardashian, "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!"

Earlier in May Kim told EOnline that they were trying their best to conceive.

She said, "We are trying. We try every single day. You can't try harder than we try. It's getting exhausting. He always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying to baby No. 1'. I did go through a lot with the delivery and so we faced a couple challenges. But we're literally trying everything that we can to make it happen, so I'm to the point now where it's not as stressful to me. And maybe that's when they say it happens."

Kim even considered the thought of using a surrogate to have a second baby.

"I think if it came to that point, but we've trying for over a year and I would maybe wait a couple of years until that point happened," Kim said.

As for North's younger sibling, Hollywood Life exclusively revealed that Kim is due at the end of 2015. Kim's rep confirmed that the couple is overjoyed and looking forward to the baby's arrival. The couple would consider the coming of their second child perfectly timed, since they just celebrated their first wedding anniversary on May 24. North West will celebrate her second birthday on June 15, which means that she will be two-and-a-half years older than her sibling. Kanye West is reportedly very excited about their second child.

Despite her difficulty with the first delivery, Kim shared on Romy and the Bunnies how she loves being a mother.

She exclaimed, "I love being a mom! It's the most rewarding feeling! I really love every phase! Just the way my daughter laughs with me, all of the small things in life you appreciate!"

Kim added, "I took a hiatus after I had the baby, and found it challenging to start working again because I didn't want to spend any time away, but you adjust and prioritize, and just figure it out!"
