The LG G5 is reportedly set to launch in just a few months, with rumors indicating that the company has actually done an excellent job on the smartphone.

Due to the positive reviews about the LG G4, users are speculating that the upcoming LG G5 will even be better as it will offer a number of great features. Android Origin wrote that there are rumors regarding a new high resolution camera sensor in the LG G5. Considering how LG is a pioneer in presenting new camera features like Optical Image Stabilization and 3D imaging, the LG G5 is expected to come up with new good things as well.

Based on rumors, LG will use a 20- to 30-megapixel camera sensor. The front camera is believed to be about 10 megapixels. In terms of connectivity, the new smartphone is said to include 5G support but many users believe that 4G LTE support would be a more practical expectation. 5G support might be available close to the end of 2015 or early in 2016. Android Origin also reported that LG is planning to strengthen its flagship phone's security features. There are talks that there will be two security measures on the hardware and software, aside from those already active in Android.

There are also rumors that the LG G5 will present a huge 4,000 mAh battery that can completely charge from zero to 100 percent in a mere 60 minutes. As for the display, the G5 might arrive with a 5.5-inch screen with Ultra HD 4k resolution with PPI above 600. The processor will also be powerful to support the other features and components. It is possible for LG's new flagship device to include an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor.

LGG5Updates wrote that the LG G5 will possibly be released in March 2016. The new smartphone might focus on the interface with LG smartwatches. As for features, the new device is said to include a retina eye scanner, wireless charging technology and an internal memory of 16, 32 or 64 GB, expandable up to 128 GB via an external microSD card. Users will get to choose among six colors, namely, white, black, pink, blue, copper and gold. The retail price may be anywhere between $800 and $900.

LGG5D.com also speculated that the RAM may be up to 6 GB. The phone may almost never heat up because of a new cooling feature housed within. There might also be Touch ID and a new interactive display and software.
