Samsung is believed to announce its latest Galaxy Tab S2 this June, according to the latest rumors and updates.

Vine Report detailed that the Galaxy Tab S2 would be Samsung's thinnest tablet to date and is inspired by its recently released flagship, S6. However, there are also claims that it would also share some similarities with the Tab A.

Sam Mobile has earlier reported that the arrival of the new device has already been confirmed, following a changelog of the Hancom Office Hshow 2014 app.

"The changelog claims that the newest version of the app now supports the Galaxy Tab S2 along with the Galaxy Tab A, thereby confirming the existence of the yet unreleased Galaxy Tab S2," to quote the Sam Mobile report. Here is a screenshot from the news outlet.

Earlier reports from Sam Mobile has revealed that the new high-end tablet would be arriving in the US, Canada, European markets, China, Latin America, Hong Kong, Korea, and India. It is expected to come out in four variants (based on its two sizes and connectivity capability) - Wi-Fi only Galaxy Tab S2 9.7, Wi-Fi + LTE variant of the Galaxy Tab S2 9.7, Wi-Fi only Galaxy Tab S2 and Wi-Fi + LTE variant of the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0.

On Leaks said the Galaxy Tab S2′s dimensions will be at 237.17 x 169.58 x 5.5 mm. As reported, it would be available on two sizes -- 8-inches and 9.7-inches. Note that these new sizes are smaller that the current Galaxy Tab S sizes -- 8.4-inches and 10.5-inches.

The new tablet is said to boast of its AMOLED screen. It is expected to arrive with a screen resolution of 2048 x 1536. The new tablet would probably have an aspect ratio of 4:3. Plus, it will also get Exynos 5433 CPU. Its RAM would be at 3 GB. As for the camera, the tablets would probably get an 8 megapixel main camera and a 2.1 megapixel selfie shooter. It will also get a 3850 mAh battery. As for the software, it is said that it will come out with the new Android Lollipop update installed in it.

These speculations remain unconfirmed at the moment as Samsung has not yet issued an official statement on the matter.
