Wrestling great Hulk Hogan has been offered a lot of cash to star in "Celebrity Big Brother UK vs. US".

According to Mirror, the TV show's executives are primarily aiming to have Hogan join the cast on Channel 5 in the summer.

Model Janice Dickinson will also be joining the cast and will reportedly receive £300,000 (about $454,000), the publication adds.

TellyMix reported that Hogan is expected to get more than Dickinson if he agrees to enter the house. The show producers reportedly want the 6'7", 61-year-old former WWE star because of his very opinionated views. They expect him to be among the more outspoken housemates when the season starts.

TellyMix also noted that Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, has a lot of experience in front of the camera and even had his own reality TV show called "Hogan Knows Best", together with his ex-wife Linda and children, Brooke and Nick. Hogan established his fame during the 1980s and even reportedly appeared in Sylvester Stallone's "Rocky III" in 1983.

One insider said in the same Mirror article, "Hulk is a big name. He's known for being opinionated."

His divorce from wife Linda was also said to have hurt him financially, allegedly costing him millions in the process. The online magazine also said that Hogan blamed "Hogan Knows Best" for contributing to his divorce. He will most likely decide to join "Celebrity Big Brother UK vs. US" because of the giant offer.

TellyMix also wrote that the upcoming reality series will launch in August 2015 and will feature a United States versus United Kingdom theme. Some of the potential housemates who will reportedly be joining Hulk include David Hasselhoff, Dina Lohan, Lindsay Lohan's mother, Farrah Abraham, a reality star, Gemma Collins of TOWIE, James Hill, a former candidate on the TV show "The Apprentice", and model Keeley Hazell. The summer show will follow the regular version of "Big Brother", which will commence on May 12, 2015.

Wrestling News Source said that Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart are currently doing media rounds in Australia to promote the company's tour in August 2015. Hogan shared in a press conference that he will be joining the tour and take on the role of General Manager. According to Hogan, Vince McMahon personally told him that he should be at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas. Hogan continued that he might even wrestle at the big stage if he passes the physical examination.
