"State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition" and five more games are set to release for Week 18 of 2015.

Daily Express reported that "State of Decay", "Broken Age Act 2", "Tropico 5", Magicka Wizard Wars", "Project Root" and "Chroma Squad" will soon become available for PlayStation4, Xbox One and PC.

"State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition" is set to officially launch on April 28, 2015 for both the Xbox One and the PC. The zombie-based game will reportedly feature enhanced graphics, a new character, new weapons and all existing downloadable content. Xbox One gamers should expect an array of new Achievements. 1500 Gamerscore will be available as well.

On April 28, "Project Root" will also be releasing, which is a cross-buy title for PS Vita and PlayStation4, based on a report by VideoGamesBlogger. The free-roaming shooter initially became available on the PC. Gamers get to take on the role of pilot Lance Rockport who will work with a rebel group to fly fighter jets and attack various opponents under the control of Prometheus, an evil energy corporation, Daily Express described.

According to Daily Express, "Tropico 5" will also be available in the United States on April 28. The game will be available on the PlayStation4. Players will take on the role of the country's president who will attempt to develop the island nation. The game will feature cooperative and competitive multiplayer for the first time. Gamers will get to play with up to four players. The visuals have also been improved to full 1080p at 30 frames per second.

"Magicka Wizard Wars" will also launch on April 28, Daily Express said. The game is a free-to-play action game and will feature new game modes and maps. Particularly, the "Soul Harvest" game mode will feature new maps, new challenges and longer rounds. The game will be free to download and available to play on Steam.

"Broken Age Act 2" will launch on April 29. The first part of the game, "Act 1" was launched in 2014. A complete collection edition will be available on the PlayStation4, PC, Mac, Android and iOS and Playstation Vita, Daily Express added.

On April 30, "Chroma Squad" will be available on PC first. The game revolves around the lives five stunt actors who decide to start their own TV project. The role-playing-game will require players to cast actors and buy studio upgrades. They also have to make a lot of props for the superheroes of the show. The game is set to release on Mac and Linux later in 2015, Daily Express noted.
