A recent interview has revealed about a child Thalía lost in the past. The heartbreaking confession came while the Mexican entertainer was speaking on Univision's "El Gordo y La Flaca," Cosmopolitan reported. Discussing about the secret behind her 15-year marriage with music executive Tommy Motola, Thalía recounted the challenging times she and her husband spent together.

"We're more united, more in love and inspired. Today we went to our kids' school and we were with the little one, then we went to our daughter's classroom, and all of a sudden he and I looked at each other and we felt like our hearts were going to explode," Thalía explained, as quoted by MamásLatinas.

She continued, "We held hands and thought, 'Wow what we have lived together,' because we have shared hard times, difficult times, from a family kidnapping to my mother's death, we have lost babies, so many things and we still have these blessings."

After the revelation, the reporter attempted to ask how many babies she had lost, Thalía replied, "I don't know why I told you that. It's something very painful for women, but it also encapsulates the feeling that I'm trying to share ... that we've been through the most difficult times, but also the most beautiful," Cosmopolitan quoted.

According to Cosmopolitan, even Thalía's closest friend and "El Gordo y La Flaca" co-host Lili Estefan had no idea about the 43-year-old actress' past miscarriages, adding that Thalía didn't mention the incident to her before.

The "Rosalinda" star is now a mother of two children: Matthew Alejandro and Sabrina Sakaë Mottola, Latina reported.

Thalía & Becky G Collab

Last March, Thalía teamed up with bilingual singer Becky G for the upbeat track "Como Tú No Hay Dos." The pair performed the song at the 2015 Premio Lo Nuestro Awards, a separate report from Latina noted.

Aside from being a successful singer and TV actress, Thalía has also ventured on other avenues, which included writing a book and launching her own clothing line. Just recently, she collaborated with Macy's to create a line of apparel, shoes, and jewelry, with each piece at under $100. The collection was launched in January in New York City, In Style reported.

When it comes to balancing her domestic life and her career, Thalía said that she and her husband help and support each other all the time.

"My work comes in waves. If I have an album coming out, it'll be about a month of craziness where I have to travel and do promotions, and then it calms down," she said inCosmopolitan's spring issue. "If I'm working, he stays at home with the kids, and if he's working, I stay home. That is a family priority commitment without leaving aside my other family - my fans."
