Shelly Sterling finally got her revenge over her billionaire husband's former mistress. A judge ruling has demanded V. Stiviano to surrender lavish gifts and thousands of dollars given to her by former Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling, according to The Associated Press and reported by Fox News Latino.

The Los Angeles Superior Court is forcing Stiviano, 32, to surrender the keys to a $1.8 million duplex Donald Sterling gave her and return $800,000 spent in cash handouts and several luxury cars, which included a Ferrari, a Bentley, and a Range Rover, Fox News Latino noted.

Attorney Pierce O'Donnell claimed that Shelly Sterling was "thrilled" with the court's decision, adding that the cash award was less important than the significance of the billionaire's triumph over the public scandal Stiviano caused. According to a recording which surfaced in public, Stiviano reportedly told others that she was the "next Mrs. Sterling," the news outlet reported.

Stiviano testified that she acquired the duplex with the help of money donated by friends and family and that she received the gifts while the Sterlings were separated. Judge Richard Fruin Jr., however, didn't believe her story and instead relied on the recording where she was heard saying, "I want Shelly to know you bought me the house," Yahoo! News wrote.

Shelly Sterling acknowledged having marital problems with her husband, but contrary to Stiviano's statement, insisted that they never separated despite having divorce papers drawn up, Yahoo! News added. The exact nature of Donald Sterling's relationship with Stiviano is uncertain, though Shelly Sterling suspected that the latter was her husband's mistress.

Stiviano called the billionaire as her "lover and father figure," claiming that they never had sex. Donald Sterling, meanwhile, referred to Stiviano as his "ex-friend" during the trial, according to Yahoo! News.

Attorney Mac Nehoray said he and his client were disappointed and would appeal the judge's ruling, Fox News Latino noted.

The recording played at the trial also showed Donald Sterling" trying to explain to Stiviano that the $240,000 Ferrari and house near Beverly Hills could be considered community property and discussing how to hide the assets," Yahoo! News reported. The billionaire was also heard telling Stiviano to stay away from black people, prompting the NBA to ban him for life with a fine of $2.5 million.

Though clearly on the winning side of the trial, Shelly Sterling describes losing the Los Angeles Clippers as "a horrible thing to go through," the news outlet noted, adding that the team was like her family.

The Sterlings presented a harmonious relationship during the entire trial and even discussed their enduring love for each other, Fox News Latino wrote. However, Donald Sterling is reportedly suing his wife and the NBA in federal court over the $2 billion sale of the team to ex-Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer.

Shelly Sterling "got hold of a family trust" upon showing a medical diagnosis of her husband having signs of Alzheimer's disease, the news outlet added.
