After the successful opening of the Michael Bay and Platinum Dunes production "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," a second sequel is now in the works and is expected to release on June 3, 2016 where Victoria Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio will be part of the cast.
It is no surprise that little details were already revealed on what to expect in the second sequel of the "TMNT" considering fans have greatly welcomed the first sequel last year with a sounding $65 million worth of tickets sale during the opening of the film, Screen Rant reported.
One of its teasers features the appearance of the stunning Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio in the film along with other additional casts including fan-favorite villains Bebop and Rocksteady who are reportedly be making their debut appearances as well.
Although Ambrosio has made appearances ong previous TV shows and films in the past such as "Casino Royale," "Entourage," and "Gossip Girl," "TMNT" will be her first ever film where she will deliver not just brief dialogues in some scenes but in the entire film, Christian Today wrote.
The site also revealed that Ambrosio will be playing as the girlfriend of co-star Will Arnett. Just last week, the two were spotted in a New York Knicks and Los Angeles Clippers game. It was reported that they were doing some scenes as they were surrounded by film crew and cameras.
It was reported that it is not shocking that Michael Bay chose supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio to play a role in his films considering Bay is known to be signing up models in his previous productions like the hit film, "The Transformers". In all 3 sequels of "The Transformers," female leading roles are assigned to famous models such as Megan Fox and Rosie Huntington, a source said.
Ambrosio along with other casts, producers and new director Dave Green are wrapping up "TMNT" which is also officially titled as the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Half Shell" that will release in Summer next year along with other movies like "Finding Dory" and "Uncharted".
Fans should expect to see more of the famous Victoria's Secret angel as she will also be appearing in another flick with Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg in a movie called "Daddy's Home".
