"19 Kids and Counting" star and expecting mother, Jill Duggar, has kept herself busy despite her fast approaching child birth. E! Online reported that Duggar and husband, Derick Dillard, did some volunteer work at a church thrift shop in Springdale, Arkansas on Saturday. The 23-year old reality star was four days past her delivery due date that day. Duggar was originally set to give birth on March 24.  She announced recently that her first child may not be born this month. Jill foresaw her son being born on April 5. The expecting mother believed that first time moms don't go past a week and a half beyond their due dates before they give birth.

The excited mother posted a selfie on Instagram of her and Dillard at the event this weekend. The pair was pictured with two women at the volunteer event on the photo. Duggar captioned the photo with the message:

"Volunteering at the Compassion Center this morning in Springdale, AR. @compassionnwa #compassioncenter."

Jill is the first daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar that has gotten married. The eldest Duggar daughter has posted multiple photos of her growing baby bump in social media throughout her pregnancy.

On Friday, Jill posted a photo of herself 40 weeks pregnant online. Derick was also seen on the photo, clearly happy for the approaching arrival of his son. As reported in US Magazine, Derick posted a caption for the photo, saying:

"I wonder if #babydilly will decide to come on the one year anniversary of my engagement to @jillmdillard this weekend,"

Derick guessed that his new wife would be delivering their first child on their engagement's first year anniversary. Jill and Derick were engaged on March 29, 2014. They married in June last year. Jill used to be an experienced mid-wife. So far, she has delivered about 30 babies throughout her career.   Jill and Derick allegedly planned to have their first child delivered via natural home delivery. However, the mother-to-be and her husband may need to consider safety concerns above everything else. Mayo Clinic suggested that expecting mothers 41 weeks or longer pregnant were recommended to give birth in hospitals.

An article in The Daily Mail UK showed via Instagram Dillard posing for a photo in the family car where he placed a new baby seat. Jill captioned this photo with the message:

'Papa dilly installed the car seat today! Ready for #babydilly to come any day! #duedate @derickdillard [sic]."
