Jin Kazama Back in 'Tekken 7'; New Characters Revealed!

A new leak has revealed that Jin Kazama will be back in the upcoming video game "Tekken 7" along with new other characters.

Attack of the Fanboy reported that many fans believed that Jin would no longer be in the game after it has been teased that the original release would only have 20 characters. But, the game and character roster were obviously updated.

In its report, Attack the Fanboy cited Avoiding the Puddle which revealed that the Devil Jin form will also be in the game. Jin and Devil Jin's looks were both the same as in previous games. Get a glimpse of Jin Kazama and his devilish form here and here.

Attack of the Fanboy said two new other characters have also been revealed to join "Tekken 7" though they are still both unidentified. "One includes a a little girl with black hair. She wears a bright yellow shirt and looks petite. The other character that has been shown is a big masked dude that looks like the 'Batman: Arkham Asylum' version of Bane," the news outlet described the two.

PlayStation Life has also provided some photos for these alleged two new characters. View them here and here. Some fans believe that one of the new faces is indeed Bane which they speculate to be a boss character. Check out their conversations at Neogaf.

Fighters Generation reported that the new female character might be Filipino. It noted that one of their readers named Jayvee has noticed that the new character's outfit and necklace might be a symbol of the Philippine flag which used the colors red, blue, and white and has three yellow stars and one yellow sun in it.

Note that game director Katsuhiro Harada was earlier asked on Twitter if he could add Filipino characters in his games. Harada responded saying he'll consider the suggestion.

Plus, Kdramastars noted that a certain stage in the "Tekken Tag Tournament 2" called "Coastline Sunset" is said to be set in the Manila Bay of the Philippines.
