Maxi kicked off the gala dancing an urban rhythm. Lily enjoyed the fact that he was finally loose. Bianca said it was the best dance of the show.Horacio said that he has improved but said that he was too rigid.
Fernando danced the YMCA disco. The judges were surprised by his energy and even said that his dance was well coordinated and well danced. Horacio loved his execution but asked why he was not consistent. The judges though were surprised by his quick recovery in his knees that prohibited him from dancing his second dance last week.
Henri Santos danced an adagio that got a standing ovation by public. Lily said that he lacked some of the technique but she enjoyed his passion and loved his work. Bianca was in agreement but Horacio said that that Henry was not in his element and that he needed Ballet training.
Argelia danced a cumbia that got mixed reactions by the judges. Lily said that she loved her work and thought she has become consistent. Bianca said that technically it was good but she said that she was not connecting with the dance. Horacio said that she looked like she was too tense and was not completely integrated in the dance.
Alicia Machado danced "cha cha cha". Lily said she was secure and her footwork was very good. Bianca said she was elegant and very good. Horacio said it was one of her worst.
Maripily danced a merengue. Lily thought she dominated the dance but said she is dying to see her in a tango. Bianca said she was explosive and was able to maintain her rhythm very well. Horacio said she was very good. After her dance Maripily asked Horacio to dance as well as Sal y Pimienta commentator Rodney Figueroa.
Bobby Pulido was the last to dance a Rock and Roll. Bianca enjoyed his risks and really liked his dance. Lily enjoyed his dance and Horacio said he executed his dance really well. He said that he was really secure and enjoyed his growth.
Famous singer-actress Ninel Conde made a special appearance singing and dancing grease along with the dance participants.
Afterward Maxi Iglesias was eliminated from the competition. Then Fernando was tested with a lie detector which he failed. He was asked about his knee issue and according to the lie detector he was lying about the injury.At the end of the show the judges decided that no one should dance again that night. Fernando was the only one nominated for elimination.
The public now has the opportunity to vote on whether they want to maintain him in the show or eliminate him.
