San Blas' Mayor Hilario 'Layin' Ramirez Villanueva, best known for telling hundreds of people during a political rally he did steal money from public funds in his previous administration charge of Nayarit's town, is news again.
During his birthday party where famous 'Banda El Recodo' played for him, 'Layin' was dancing with a minor on stage in front of hundreds of guests when suddenly he raised the young lady skirt.
According to him, she is a friend and he didn't pretend to humiliate or harm her. 'I was just playing around but not drunk'.
'It was only the euphoria of the moment' he added after apologizing for his acts.
Meanwhile, INMUJER organization filed a complain for his acts of violence against woman during a public event promoting the idea that women are objects and that government figures are free to do whatever they want.
