Are you a true blue, die hard "The Walking Dead" fan? You're definitely one if the sale of a Georgia town where the hit TV series was filmed got you seriously considering buying the property.

"Nine buildings in downtown Grantville are for sale on eBay, and the seller says it's a bargain," CNN reported.

"Jim Sells, Grantville's former mayor, bought the buildings in a foreclosure deal about four years ago during the recessio," the news agency said. "Sells and another investor are now putting them on the market for the starting bid of $680,000."

So, are you up to the opportunity of owning a piece of real estate? "Thousands" have reportedly checked out the property listing, with a number of potential buyers discussing "serious questions about revenues and property taxes," according to Sells.

The owner of the buildings said that the area has "plenty of potential but has been overlooked by developers."

"It's a great picturesque little town," he pointed out. "This is a bargain price."

Sells had also told USA Today that renovations have been done on the property, saying that the hard work has already been completed.

"We're looking for somebody to put it all into action," he said.

Sounds indeed like a bargain, considering the renovation work done on the buildings.

"Grantville is a former textiles town. When the mills closed in the 1970s and '80s many of the jobs and residents left," USA Today said.

However, Grantville has since found itself engaged in a new industry - entertainment.

"Our main industry right now is 'Walking Dead' tourists," Sells revealed. "We have people coming from all over the world because of The Walking Dead. That's paying the bills downtown."

"The town was the setting for 'Clear,' an episode in season three of the hit AMC television show in which protagonist Rick Grimes returns to his abandoned hometown to look for weapons," KSL said. "A Facebook page offers walking tours of the town's filming locations."

Sells also shared that four films will be shooting in Grantville in the next couple of months.

It's also worth noting that other films have been shot in the same town, with "Dumb and Dumber To" being one of them, as well as "Lawless" and "Broken Bridges," according to CNBC.

"Scouts from the entertainment industry love the brick, 'old-town-square-type' buildings," Sells explained, as quoted by IGN. "Downtown Grantville has an historic appeal. A lot of the buildings were built in the 1880s, and we have a railroad runs right through the heart of town."

"I would love to see a movie studio or a commercial developer buy it and get everything rented out," he added. "It's dirt cheap at about $30 per square foot, and we've done all the dirty work by renovating everything."
