‘Madden NFL 16' Release Date & Gameplay: Top 3 Features [Wishlist]

Football fans are already looking forward to "Madden NFL 16" and have been actively voicing out their wishlist for the game.

Madden gamers resorted to social media and online forums with the hope that game developer EA Sports will consider some of their suggestions. Below are the top three features in their wishlist.

1. More realism. Madden16Game.com reported that fans requested for the visuals, particularly the crowd, to be more realistic. Players wanted the stadium audience to chant and respond to big plays in similar fashion to actual games. Gamers further requested for realistic footwork animations. As a whole, the NFL environment is expected to be very true-to-life, featuring stunning graphics that will put gamers at the edge of their seats.

GameFaqs.com reported that gamers also requested for realism in terms of options in developing their original player. A mode should be provided where players can further customize and improve their individual characters and participate in drafts, IQ tests, pre-draft interviews and other off-the-field activities. It takes away the generic feel of merely playing one game after another.

2. Improved CPU quarterback accuracy. In the same report by Madden16Game.com, a lot of players have been complaining about CPU quarterbacks with low artificial intelligence. A number of quarterbacks in the game were notable for making the worst passes and plays. Gamers hoped that EA Sports can create highly intelligent quarterbacks that have good sense of the field, knowing where to throw, and finding unique opportunities to create crazy plays. In "Madden NFL 15", quarterbacks threw 70 to 90 percent of their passes but players felt that the next version should feature quarterbacks with more efficiency and accuracy.

Also, players requested for more interactions between wide receivers and defensive backs. Players reported that when they threw long passes in "Madden NFL 15" and previous versions, the DB usually goes for the ball, while the WR just watched. Gamers are expecting more battles for the ball, regardless of the distance.

3. More Customizations. In another report by Madden16Game.com, gamers wanted more customization features and more options with team-building. Similar to improving the realism, players want to add their own personal touch to their characters.

Gamers also requested for bug and glitch removal. Fans wished that they will no longer experience the CPU hanging, messages claiming failed servers and unfinished gameplays. They expect the game supporting environment to be much better, with improvements in practice teams, stadium editor and scouting.
