A furious Pablo decides to kill everyone in his way and only El Mariachi is with him. Meanwhile the Motoa brothers disagree with Pablo and the Medellin Cartel starts to fall apart.
Santorini loses the vote for no extradition and it is passed into law. Galan wins the vote which infuriates Pablo who decides that it is time to eliminate him.
Regina receives a call from Pablo who asks her why she was meeting with Hildargo of the Cali Cartel. He prohibits her from seeing anyone and she tells him that she is not sleeping with Hildargo.
El Chili plans out who will kill the magistrate, Magdalena Espinosa, and two other political figures. El Chili and El Topo will kill the coronel Quintana.
Pablo runs away to be protected as the political figures are killed. Espinosa is killed by Marino, Kikko and his brother attempt to kill Galan's brother but fail.
Meanwhile Pablo goes to Regina's apartment and threatens her.
The magistrate is visited by the police who offer him protection as he prepares to accuse Pablo Escobar and El Mariachi of the new deaths.
At home Pablo is forgiven by Patty for everything he has done.
