PlayStation has officially announced the free games that will be made available this February for their PlayStation Now subscribers, introducing five throwback PlayStation 3 games that fans can enjoy, IGN reported.

PlayStation launched its PlayStation Now subscription for the PlayStation 4 last month, showcasing more than 100 games. They planned to add more games each month and February is no exception, with the new list of games being officially announced on Monday via the official PlayStation blog.

The five games are as follows:

  • Naughty Dog's "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" is a third-person adventure game featuring Nathan Drake, a fortune hunter who wanted to leave behind his old ways. However, he gets lured into a world of thieves and mercenaries in search of a mysterious artifact before it was taken by a fugitive war criminal.
  • Mars is in chaos in Volition's "Red Faction: Armageddon," when a faction of Marauders attacked Mars, intent on destroying the Marian colonists and ended up starting a decade-long war.
  • Arcade shooting game "Galaga Legions DX" has the gamers defending Earth from relentless aliens bent to rule it, as well as defend the galaxy from threats of intergalactic war.
  • "God of War II HD" by Santa Monica Studio tells the story of Kratos, a mortal warrior turned god who rules Olympus and strikes down his enemies.
  • Lastly is "Arcana Hear 3," where chaos has hit Japan when planar rifts started appearing all over the country. Rumors have it that the rifts can grant wishes, leading young women to hunt for them one way or another.

The games will be added to PlayStation subscribers' library on Feb. 3, putting the total list of available games to 109.

Not only that, but PlayStation is reportedly already working on a subscription service for the PlayStation Vita, according to International Business Times.

Peter Jamshidi, PlayStation Now's director of marketing, responded to a fan's question in the comments section, saying, "We are working on officially launching a subscription on Vita, as well as on PS3, PSTV, and 2014 Sony TVs soon."

Interested gamers can subscribe to PlayStation Now for a monthly fee of $19.99 or a three-month deal for a fee of $44.99.

The announcement of the new PlayStation Now games follows the recent announcement of the PlayStation Plus games that were made available to members for free from Feb. 1 to Feb. 8, according to PlayStation Lifestyle.

Games for the PlayStation 4 include "Apotheon" and "Risk;" for the PlayStation 3 are "Game of Thrones Episode 2: Lords Lost" and "World Hunter;" and for the PlayStation Vita are "Criminal Girls: Invite Only" and "Kick and Fennick;" and many more.
