UFC fighter Anderson Silva is raring and ready for his fight against Nick Diaz at the UFC 183 in Las Vegas on Jan. 31, so much so that he's even knocking out sparring partner in his spare time, MMA Fighting reported.

Silva was down for the count for a while after sustaining a leg injury during his fight against Chris Weidman in 2013. Now, he's set to return to the Octagon for a middleweight division class bout against former Strikeforce champion Diaz, and it seemed like the "The Spider" was definitely in full health and full confidence.

Rafael Cavalcante, Silva's longtime sparring partner, said Silva "is kicking f*cking hard," and now there's a video to prove it.

The video of Silva's sparring session at Team Nogueira against Dougla Moura, his training partner, recently appeared online after initially being aired on Globo in Brazil, according to Fansided. Many were able to see the fighter charge at Moura and deliver a series of uppercuts and a flying knee that left Moura down for the count and unconscious on the mat.

It's safe to say that Diaz is in for a touch fight with the fearless fighter, and many fans will be happy to see Silva's return following his leg injury. It was an injury so painful that even Silva claimed he wouldn't wish it on anyone, according to Fox Sports.

"I thought that I was getting used to the pain, but I wasn't," he said, during an interview with Globo.

"I hope I never experience that anymore. I don't wish that for anyone," he said. "I'm fine now, but there were months of much pain."

Silva admitted that he actually stopped taking his medication at one point despite the excruciating pain for fear of addiction.

"There were a lot of strong pills that I had to take to end the pain," he said. "I wasn't addicted but I started feeling depressed. I decided to stop." He then admitted he took to filling his bathtub with ice instead.

Now the pain has subsided and Silva has now showed that he and his leg are ready and willing, UFC has pushed ahead with his bout against Diaz.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission met on Monday and appointed veteran referee "Big" John McCarthy for the Silva-Diaz match. The judges have also been appointed in Glenn Trowbridge, Sal D'Amato and Marcos Rosales, according to Yahoo.

UFC president Dana White stated that should Silva win against Diaz, he may have a chance for a middleweight title match against either Weidman or Vitor Belfort, who will be competing for the title at UFC 184 on Feb. 28.
